The room smelt nice when you walked in. Then a lovely clean room and comfy bed. The bed linen was lovely and fresh and clean. Our host was chatty and greeted us always with a lovely smile.

The staff where lovely and we enjoy our stay. Rooms very clean

When we got there they put us in a room with a issue with the heat pump making a funny noise. They could of asked if we minded going to another room but let us find out for ourselves. Then moved us later when we complained.

Loved my stay, staff are amazing and very friendly. Would reccommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time I visit palmy

Bathroom can get a little wet when showering due to extractor fan not keeping up with the steam and moisture from the shower.

The room was very tidy. bathroom and rubbish was cleaned and removed daily. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accomodating.

I had to leave early due to my child having an accident and wasn’t offered any kind of refund.

we asked for a ground floor room through your website. The Motel knew nothing about it, so we had to take an upstairs room. something needs to be fixed

Spa bath was good and room was spacious.

The bed was a bit hard . Also we accidentally left a near full bottle of Baileys liqueur behind in the fridge. Rang the same day to ask if they could please put it in reception for a friend to collect. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was not helpful. He just said nothing had been handed in and that housekeeping just gets rid of any alcohol they find in the fridge. I find that difficult to believe.

Room was tidy and clean. The beds were made lovely with fresh and clean sheets. The bathroom was very clean and had everything needed.

Some more blankets for the single beds would have been nice.
