Great location, good room, very comfortable.

Tidy room and great location to the airport

Water pressure in the shower was pretty poor

The bed was super uncomfortable, we had no hot water to have a shower, the heat pump wouldnt blow any hot air I'm pretty sure it hadn't been serviced as we didn't even have hand wash to wash our hands with in the bathroom because it was empty and the owner was actually quite rude

Location good. Nice bathroom. Staff accommodated request for downstairs apartment for my elderly parents and room next door for us.

The rooms are just very dark and gloomy. Even with lights on full the room seemed gloomy. Small windows and horrible beige walls everywhere. When I rung to ask for a downstairs room the staff member was obliging but was officious and had an unfriendly tone. It felt like it was a hassle.

Close location to Hospital. Staff lovely and very helpful. Certainly made us feel at ease during a very stressful time, with a family member having an op.

Was advertised as having a resturant, but it was a cafe that closed at 3pm. Looked a very nice one, but we left theater recovery at 8pm, too tired to travel into the city for food after a very long stressful day. Result bed on an empty stomach.

Not good to put snacks on table, we realized it was not free. We didn't touch it, but motel charged us for one snack after we left. The motel charged our card for accomodations $236.38. and snack for$5.15. And also I received email said my card wrong information. I rang the motel they said it was system error, they had already took money from card. After that. I received another email from booking. Com. Said my booking cancelled. That is totally not right. Please investigate. I feel my credit card information is not safe now because of the motel.

Very clean, spacious, lovely bath, dishwasher, full sized oven, big fridge, large tv in lounge, and bedroom. Friendly people.
