Hotel was a clean hotel .

room lighting was so poor. the workers are not so smiling (but there is war now and it can be understanded)

The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was poor, especially for people who have some dietary restrictions. No plant-based milk, no tea ot coffee without caffeine was available. Selection of teas during breakfast was limited to green or black, no herbal kinds available (or paid only, around 2,5 EUR/portion). The hotel design reflects Russian sentiment - fonts of the room numbers, presentations of soviet painters, tea bags of Greenfield owned by Russian businessman as a compliment for guests.

Although the hotel provides strict policy in terms of smoking in the room, two nights in a row the was a ugly smell of smoking through the ventilation system.

Modernity and style in general.

At check-in, we had to wait 25 minutes at the reception, although there was only one couple in front of us. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. There is no answer to phone calls from the room. The air conditioners in the rooms do not work, although the opposite was indicated when ordering. It is 22.6°C in the room, stuffy, and you cannot open the windows yourself. There are no nets on the windows themselves. Without air conditioning, with an open window, mosquitoes appeared in the room. According to the hotel administration, "there is no need for air conditioners"; that is, the client's request is not taken into account as a reason. They promised to solve the problem the next day, but they just left the window opened.

Breakfast was not so good in this price.
