I liked the room size and the location of the hotel.

I think it is a bit overpriced for what it offers. The bed promised was 1 queen size bed but the bed i got in the room was a twin bed. It was getting separated everytime any kind of motion happened. I was able to hear people's conversation clearly from the other room, also the footsteps of someone walking in the lobby was clearly audible since walls were so thin! There was no toilet paper in the washroom and the staff who came with the toilet paper stared at me in a very weird way while leaving the room. I didn't has a good experience.

it is not clearly written in the description about breakfast as it is written in every hotel. either breakfast included or breakfast Available. they didn’t write anything about it. after paying money next morning they ask for it.

The ambience

I booked room online and it was showing that the final amount is inclusive of breakfast charges. Today morning when i went for breakfast, i was told that my meal is not included in it and i have to pay separately. Ultimately, i did pay rs, 840 in addition to the room charges. Also, the receptionist had mentioned in my voucher that special request was made from me to allot smoking room, whereas this is not true and no such request was made. These two things made me feel disappointed and i felt cheated even though it appeared to be a good hotel.

Dont try to book room when travelling with family, they directly refuse to entrrtain the booking through Booking.Com, they said we dont have Double deluxe category, which is displayed at Booking.Com site, they simply say that we are only responsible, for booking from their own company website not from any stupid Booking.com, owner of Hotel is there on reception area they seems to be ready to fight or refuse, for any thing and you can understand when you are travelling with family you want to avoid these situation, they half heartedly gave us room, and didnt bother to help us to take lugages and bags to room, we took our bags and lugage to sixth floor our self, worst experince. worst Hotel , I dont know who is responsible Booking.com or Hotel Fern but it was really a worst experince..........

The breakfast buffet isn't ready before 8 am. The same needs a lot of improvement. We had to leave early one morning and came by 7.30 am, but we could see only couple of food items on the buffet.
