Great location & has everything you need for a great short break.

Lovely comfortable space. Location excellent

The only problem we had was the shower cord was so short (about 4 inches from the ceiling) we had to stand on a chair to reach it.

The apartment was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay wih our 11yr old daughter and 4 yr old dog. The location was great and was a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Location is perfect for getting into town and to the beach. Host was extremely helpful when we arrived as the keys weren’t in the lock box, he arrived and changed the locks and the key code within 30 mins - which was enough time for us to pop for a pint and be back! The property was clean, warm and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay, bedding and towels provided, games and a handy local information guide. It looks exactly like the photos do doesn’t disappoint. £15 for the dog to stay - he seemed to enjoy it so money well spent.

Everything was spot on, just a couple of notes: *Parking is on a first come basis, not an actual issue but something to be aware as you may need to park further up or down the street. *Wifi box is unplugged in the cupboard if you want it - we didn’t

Toaster and Kettle

We booked for the loft but were told they had problems with it and got located to seaside sundae, however during the night there was a lot of noise coming from the apartment above (seaside loft) so clearly there was someone occupying it. Bedding smelt awful rooms were dampy, heating didn’t work it was freezing. no smart tv to watch Netflix so standard channels only. Tv is in awkward position. bedroom 2 is accessed through bedroom 1 and bathroom unless you walk back out the apartment and down the landing. Wifi didn’t work and when we messaged the host there was no reply.

The apartment was very clean. It was parents and children friendly. There were toys available fro children to play with which was excellent. The apartment decorations were attractive and relaxing.

The apartment is decorated nicely and is very comfortable. The location is great, it is a short walk to access everything in St Anne's and it is easy to get to Lytham or Blackpool.

The bedroom could do with a black out blind. There were no tea bags, coffee etc. in the apartment.

It was fine, clean and tidy. Beds comfy.

Could do with a bin in kitchen, blown windows not great and view onto rear garden was unkempt. A bit basic.

The apartment was right in the centre, it was clean and well equipped.

The location of this property was great. Shops, eating venues, bars, all within walking distance. The bonus was the promenade, that too within walking distance.

Parking on the street, could be a problem in main holiday season. Our advice- once you have a parking space nearby, leave your car there and walk !
