Komfortable Unterkunft, Pool und gutes Frühstück (Buffet). Gute Lage mit zentralen Strand.

Klospülung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht richtig. Der Restaurantbereich war wiederholt schmutzig. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (Männer) ist stark ausbaufähig. Insgesamt macht die Anlage den Eindruck, dass ein schwaches Management am Werk ist.

L'emplacement les pieds dans l'eau, la chambre confortable, ménage fait tous les jours même sans demander, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner très corrects, la gentillesse du personnel et la superbe plage... Bref un excellent séjour !

Le manque de pression dans la douche, le manque de civisme de certaines personnes qui déposent leurs serviettes sur les transats tôt le matin et qui ne les occupent que quelques heures après ou très peu dans la journée... mais ça c'est malheureusement fréquent et indépendant de l'hôtel...

Das Scarlett wirkte etwas herunter gekommen. Überall fehlte etwas Farbe. Die Fliesen am Pool waren teils heraus gebrochen. Ein Spa gab es nicht und auch keinen Kaffee nach der Frühstückzeit. Das Personal wirkte teils unkoordiniert. Flaschen etc. standen teilweise tagelang am Strand, bevor sie weggeräumt wurden.

The facilities were fine. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good for couple or small family. Place is better for people that want to relax. There is a party hostel next door and if you are in the rooms 20 onwards you should be far from the noise.

Island lives off generators for power so expect frequent moments of power outages.

The beach and staff friendly.

Green swimming pool that was closed after I spoke to staff about concerns of algae. Beach chairs are completely worn out. Buffet breakfast needs improvement. Warm yoghurt, one toaster that cooked two pieces at a time for whole restaurant. Nothing like photos advertised. Koh Rong Sanloem has got it right. Rubbish everywhere at Koh Rong.

This is a great place to stay in Koh Rong. It is right on the beach, a very nice and quiet part of the beach with bioluminescent in the water. Also, it was my fiancée's birthday and the staff made the most amazing birthday splash on the bed for her with flowers and palm leaves reading "happy birthday." It was stunning.

Almost nothing. Very expensive for this accomodation. Badly maintained, old equipments, no WiFi in room, insects/ants in bed…very disappointed

Breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was good, very close to the beach. The restaurant they have for lunch and dinner was expensive so we went to the neighbor hotel for meals. The team is helpful.

The bathroom has a very strong bad smell and had cockroach.

We are a family with a baby—were placed in the farthest bungalow with very low water pressure. We asked to switch rooms and they accommodated us very quickly and gave exceptional service! we are very happy with our stay

The location was good. It has a great beach. The main attraction for us.

They constantly ran out of water in the showers. The food was not very good, we ate 200m up the beach. The photos on the web site are 10 years old. It’s a little run down now.

Terrible service at the restaurant. First time I go I'm asked to sit so that they can bring me a menu, After 15 minutes I need to ask again as they forgot. I order and it takes them 35 minutes to bring me a single plate and a cola (the restaurant was almost empty). On the following day, I wanted to enjoy a mango smoothie at sunset so around 18.15 I ask for one, at 18.45 they tell me they still need 2 minutes (only after I ask for that) and at 19.00 (sunset was clearly over), I leave without my smoothie, again the restaurant was almost empty.

A superb location for a good hotel. Staff were very helpful in sorting any little issues. Food and view from restaurant very good.

Hotel ran out of beach towels by 0830 in the morning every day. Hotel ran out of room towels constantly. Not enough sun beds provided for the size of the hotel and where always taken up by 0900. Hotel needs a good maintenance overhaul. Spa advertised but it terms out its just a storage room currently.

The location on the beach as well as the beach itself are exceptional and the pool is very nice. The front desk staff are very helpful.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, the gym is poorly equipped and like a sauna (it is enclosed in glass without air conditioning), many of the beach lounge chairs are broken and there aren't enough of them, the hot water is spotty.

The location of this resort is wonderful - a short walk down the beach from the Long Set pier. The white sand beach and turquoise water were phenomenal, one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly and kind - one of the guys working the front desk was super helpful, he gave us tips on visiting the rest of the island and even helped us check in a few hours early. Breakfast selection was good - it’s nice that they offer it as there aren’t many other restaurants to choose from nearby. The chef who made eggs was especially attentive and kind. The AC in our room was great! Sheets and towels were clean. There were toothbrushes, razors, and soaps stocked in the bathroom.

Photos do not match reality for this place - it seems like the pictures on their site are 10 years old. We were disappointed to expect one thing and have it feel drastically different. It feels like it’s a place that *used to be* nice, but it hasn’t been adequately maintained. Our room was freshly mopped and linens were clean, but the walls in our room were MOLDY and dirty, there were broken curtain rods and holes in the bathroom tile. The tv didn’t work and there was no remote. The blow dryer in our room had a short in the cord. The bench on our patio was rotting and broken, the hand rail was wobbly and about to fall off. There are maybe 20 beach chairs for the whole resort, not nearly enough for all the guests. All the beach chair pads and the chairs in the check-in area were FILTHY, it would take an hour to scrub them all down but it looks like it’s never been done. For such an incredible location, we were disappointed in the overall cleanliness and upkeep of this resort.

Great position. When we highlighted our issues regarding the accommodation, the manager did have the bungalow re cleaned and gave us a 30% reduction. He was very apologetic and did try and resolve the issues. The hotel could be nice if they concentrated more on cleaning and maintenance. Even the road leading to the hotel is unusable for cars. Taxis will drop at the top and you have to walk the rest of the way.

The hotel is absolutely filthy. Bungalows are really shabby and in need of major refurbishment. The towels and sheets were dirty and the furniture is well past it’s sell by date. The walls are mould stained and marked. The bathroom was dire. The whole place needs a thorough deep clean !!
