Gute Lage

Der Chef ist geldgieriger Person! Er ist nur froh, wenn er abkassieren kann! Kein guten Morgen/Tag, kein Lächeln. Er betrachtet dich wie ein Nichtsnutz/Luft! Wenn du etwas brauchst, wo er nichts verdienen kann, hilft dir ungern oder gar nicht. Die Mail von Abholung bei Pear kannst vergessen, noch dazu falscher Name des Pears. Bei Ankunft war die Toilette kaputt. Ganze 5 Tage ohne Handtuch zu wechseln! Restaurant dreckig, nach der Schicht lassen alles liegen. Man sieht die Raten dort um Essen zu suchen. ICH EMPFEHLE NICHT WEITER!!!

I had a bungalow with air con which was necessary as it was very hot on the island overnight! The room was basic but fine, the location was amazing, right on the most beautiful white sand beach, with plenty of seating overlooking/on the beach, and other places to sit/eat/drink nearby.

Very expensive for what it was, and not worth the money paid. No hot water in the shower, basic room. Would’ve been great for half the price. The restaurant was only ok - I recommend going along the beach to the Big Easy to eat, where the food is much nicer & better priced.

The location was good and at night the place became a pleasant restaurant on the beach

The manager was rude. He didn’t send the pick up as requested and refused to do anything about 10 dollars I had to pay for a different pick up to bring me to the place with the luggage. When I had trouble with the lock of my door he was annoyed

Hôtel très sale pas conforme à un chambre de luxe dépôt d ordures à côté de notre chambre! Impropre

Excellent location right in the middle of the bay where there is a line of hotels with tables in the sand on the beach in the evening. The beach in this area is also kept nice and tidy, while elsewhere there are a lot of abandoned places after covid, and rubbish laying around. Very large and clean room and bathroom with a nice sitting area outside with a table and chairs. Tips: 1) If you intend to walk to or from the pier, try to arrive and leave during low tide! 2) do NOT miss out on seeing the stone carvings near Lazy beach.

The location on maps.me is wrong. It's further down the beach behind the restaurant of the same name. Shortly after booking, I got a message telling me to take a boat which is NOT running at all. to Orchard pier, which is in ruins, and looks like it has been for a long time. They said they would pick me up, but NOT if it was complimentary or not, or how much it costs. Prices not agreed on up front could come with an exorbitant price tag! Also they didn't tell me what they would pick me up with, Not all sorts of transport is ok for me. Information needs updating here. The room was perfectly fine for me, but seems overpriced as it had a bed, but nothing else, and only a cold water shower. WiFi was working everywhere, but at times it was painfully slow.

Splendida posizione, sulla spiaggia.. Come tutta Samloen è tutto molto caro, dal cibo alle camere. sicuramente molto più di quanto meriti. Mare e spiagge molto belle.

I prezzi sono eccessivi.

Mr Johnny was super friendly and so were the rest of his family and staff. They were helpful with any questions and requests we had. The rooms are simple, exactly how they look in pictures and are described. It was a 20 min walk from the pier and similar time to lazy beach. The food at their restaurant was tasty and good prices for the island (I loved the curries).

The beach on Saracen bay had lots of garbage so we didn’t swim there - walked to lazy beach and sunset beach instead.

Économique, mais vous comprendrez pourquoi.... On vous récupère/dépose à l'embarcadère. La nourriture "locale" du restaurant est bonne et abordable. Nous y avons mangé tous les soirs.

La liste serait tellement longue... Salariés tout le temps sur les téléphones, avec le son fort, alors qu'il y a tellement à faire. On ne sait pas vraiment qui travaille là où pas. Des gens en pyjama... Draps sales et ménage très décevant: - peigne, carte, briquet, poussière dans la tête de lit - Dessous du lit sale - sol de salle de bain sale - toilettes dégueulasses Lavabo qui fuit, chasse d'eau à moitié fonctionnelle, support douche cassée. Pas de moustiquaires. Pas d'eau chaude. Insectes dans la chambre et rat qui nous rend visite en pleine nuit... Partie commune avec des jouets, de l'huile de moteur, des outils, des choses qui trainent, les poules qui vont dans la cuisine.... bref, un beau bordel. Des cannettes et déchets dans les extérieurs (qui n'auront été retirés qu'après plusieurs jours quand nous auront fait la remarque, et encore, en partie....) J'ai repris tous les avis Booking depuis un an, et forcé de constater que malgré les commentaires/signalements rien n'ai fait. Nous avons discuter avec le gérant, qui vient de reprendre le management à son frère, qu'il accuse d'avoir délaissé l'affaire. Selon lui tous les problème seront réglés d'ici mi-octobre pour la nouvelle saison. On a eu un long et beau discourt.... Au final, il boit des bières et regarde son téléphone comme les autres. On nous a sortie l'excuse "mais c'est pas cher" : cela n'excuse pas la saleté et le comportement !!! Sur le continent on trouve des chambres à 10$ dont on ne fait zéro reproche !! Enfin, l'auberge à coté nous fait écouter ces basses jusqu'à tard dans la nuit (au moins 1h00) et remets ça dès le matin à 08h00. Signaler au gérant pour qu'il en parle à son voisin, sans suspens...: rien n'a changé pour nos 3 nuits suivantes. Pour nos jours de repos rêvés, on repassera.
