very comfortable place

The owner request deposit fee which is not mentioned when I book and pay in advance. After three weeks the owner do not refund the deposit fee back to my bank account. The heating system is bad. Apartment do not have lift so it uncomfortable for people have big suitcases.

Location was good, there were everything related with kitchen stuff.

The check in process was really bad and iritates

We had 2 apartments and they were great, clean and super quiet, perfect for our us

will come back and stay here again for my next trip

There is anything negative I can say about it.

We just came from Berlin after 4 nights in Luxoise in Friedrichshain. We had wonderful time. The flat is clean, well equipped (even Coffee machine) and one can kook his own food there. We had a nice veranda looking to the street. Berlin is hot these days and we were surprise to find a portable aircon in the main room. The location couldn't be better for us. Friedrichshain is the place to be, lot's of bars, restaurants and full of charm. The staff was kind and every contact with them was helpful and with a smile. In short - A great place to stay in Berlin.

We had a problem with the door. The staff took care of it and send someone to fix it. Even this was not a nuisance as they were so helpful.

it had everything we needed

it wasn’t luxury, as stated in the information. not as clean as it could be. ie, burn markers on the worktops etc.

Perfect location, very clean apartment. Spacious rooms. Really nice with the coffee machine! :)

The door to the apartment is not isolated at all, so you hear every sound when someone walks or talks outside in the hallway/stairs. The air condition didn’t seem to work very well.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, very clean and the location is great - huge choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Kitchen is really well equipped. Balcony was a nice place to sit.

Pillows not very comfortable, no air con which was tough when it was 35 degrees outside! The fans were very helpful though.

Easy access, friendly receptionist, close to trams and great cafes. Would definitely stay again.
