Charming place in the forest. We liked the cleanliness and space in the rooms. The large choice of meals and french bakery in the restaurant. All the staff was super friendly and helpful with our requests. I also could check-in earlier.

Having almost been scammed with my credit card details because the booking messaging system is not secure and allows scammers to pretend to be hoteliers.

It's a fantastic place to stay. Have stayed four times in the last three years. Excellent staff, amazing location and views, food was wonderful. I had a massage and my daughter had a facial - both were 'out of this world'. The Spa staff have skills, loved it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Verandah Natural Resort. Beautiful accommodation in a natural setting. I'd heard about this property for such a long time and was so pleased to be experiencing it when I needed a place to retreat for a few days.

I'm not a big buffet fan, so my only constructive feedback would be just that. It's a personal preference though, as I know many people love buffets.

Very welcoming staff upon arrival who made sure our booked rooms were next to each other. The buffet breakfast was superb with boat local and western cuisine options. Spectacular views across the ocean from the restaurant and the pool. We found it very easy to walk down to the local restaurants and crab market but, If you’re not up for walking far this may be something to consider.

Very nice resort in the middle of nature yet close to everything. Well located and maintained. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Great breakfast budget with all the food you could need if you are local, Asian, and Westerner... highly recommended when you visit Kep! We booked the VIP bungalow (14) very private and really cool building. Check out their infinity pool.. nicest place in Kep (where is not much to see unfortunately)

Beautiful property set in jungle surroundings, we saw monkeys and were able to easily walk from here to the National Park just behind, where we saw more wildlife. The property is really well laid out - 2 pools so options as to where to swim, and you never feel like you’re in a big complex as each bungalow feels private. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food and drink was all delicious and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

We extended our trip here as we enjoyed our stay so much. Little paradise lost in the jungle. The food in the restaurant was top quality as well.

the staff are exceptional, so friendly and will do anything to make your stay special. breakfast was absolutely fabulous, one of the best we have had, so much selection. it is a stunning resort, set on the outskirts of the National park. beautiful pools and also close enough to the crab market and beach. thank you!!

Relaxing atmosphere of the room and the entire facilities including the swimming pool and restaurant. Staff are also friendly and supportive. Breakfast was also good with variety of food items.

It was very, very disappointing to see so much plastic in a place that calls itself a “Natural” resort. Plastic water bottles in the rooms. Plastic straws with drinks in the restaurant and bar. Plastic wrapping on the robes in the wardrobe. Plastic liners in the bins. I’ve stayed in places that were half this price and had glass bottles, filtered water dispensers, and stainless steel straws. And no plastic. As other guests have pointed out, the rooms urgently need refreshing. My bathroom walls were streaked with - I’d prefer not to think. See my photo instead. The least a guest can expect in a place of this price point is to be clean. There was some construction going on in the restaurant while I was there - building some extra seating. Seems odd the management did not start first with repainting bathroom walls like the one I had, by way of improving the facilities. For me, it was over-priced for what I experienced, and I had a room right at the bottom end of the range.

A long-time lover of Veranda, so happy to visit again after three years. From the moment of arrival, everything is relaxing: luxurious, spacious room, peaceful natural environment, the gorgeous infinity pool, the wonderful food, and of course the outstanding buffet breakfast. And the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble!
