Lovely hotel with everything you could need arranged for you by the hotel

Only suggestion would be more sun beds by the pool. The pool and gardens are amazing

The location is perfect. The Tuk-tuk availability directly in front of the hotel makes everyone really flexible. The market offers nice restaurants but Frederic and his team offer amazing food at their restaurant in the top bar. The guests get to pre order food and the staff takes care that e g. Crab can be freshly bought on the market.

The fact that there were no window net and one could not open the door in the night without fearing geckos and everything else coming inside. Probably this is the reason why the room felt a bit sticky and mouldy.

Perfect location, delicious food just at the hotel’s restaurant, you can’t wish more! I loved staying in here from the very first minute.

The location was beautiful with lots of trees and and greenery spread over a large area very quiet and peaceful and with large saltwater pool. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and with all the necessary amenities. The owner and staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was a set menu with four options, nicely presented and freshly prepared. A lovely area of Kep with the seafront opposite the property and nice walking area.

Perhaps some local fresh fruit at breakfast could be added.

Very nice place with lots of greenery, close to many restaurants and a short tuk tuk ride from the beach. Owners and staff were very friendly and the hotel restaurant did very tasty hamburgers and cocktails.

The location is right by the sea and the crab market. Fred and the team are very hospitable and kind. He helped us hire moto and recommended the nearby attractions. The room was spotless clean and cosy. Bathroom is beautifully designed and spacious. I and my wife enjoyed the lush green trees and plants all around the property. Breakfast was nice and descent. Definitely will visit here again.

We had a really good time here. The pool is beautiful with lots of sitting space in the shade. Really good location and very friendly staff. They helped us with anything we needed and also serve very delicious food at the restaurant. Very clean and nice stay, definitely a 10/10 for us.

Nyny, Fred, and the staff did everything so i could feel welcomed. Very friendly and giving you space if needed. Took care of my bike rental too. 10/10 recommend

Sabbay Kep was a phenomenal stay, our favorite mainland location by far. The owner was friendly and welcoming and made brilliant food recommendations. The breakfast menu was perfect and both the asian and western breakfasts were delicious. The quality of the dinner was what surprised us the most, were were not expecting our favourite meal from Kep to be from the Hotel Bar/Restaurant. Well stocked with cocktails and beers which were cheerfully delivered to us in the pool.

The rooms were clean and well sized, I think the mattress in our room needs an update.

This is a beautiful location. Sabbay Kep is set amongst a glorious array of trees and plants. It boasts a roof terrace for your evening drink and the most stunning swimming pool. The accommodation is in a bungalow in the grounds and has all the facilities that you would want. The owners and their staff are exceptional; kind and helpful and even went to the local market and obtained fresh seafood which they cooked for us - how good is that! Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the new year party with twin room. Shower and toilet good. The bad thing is Airconditioner is too old... And breakfast couldn't pack...

Everything is super good. Service, hygiene, very hospitable owners, swimming pool clean, lots of greenery around the bungalows, the sea view is enchanting. Cuisine international. Let me especially emphasize that the owner makes the best wellington and lamb in sauce. If you eat halal food, just say so and they will make you very good halal food specialties. We are thrilled and will be back to this beautiful place again.

moldy need’s repair and service offered is not provided. prices shown are not honored. you order dinner supposed to be a full meal with vegetables and rice and you get rice and one lettuce leaf and when you ask they say that’s it. over priced for what is available across the street
