The best location in the heart of Queenstown. I will definitely go back to this place for my next Queenstown holiday. I loved how it was an easy walk to the lakeside and shops and even to the gondola.

If someone talks late at night, you can hear them. I guess the walls are thin. There is a house rule to stay quiet but I guess some guests ignore these.

Checked in 5:12pm. There was strong chemical smell in the room . At 9:45pm, soon I turned on the shower and the sink hole was overflow and apparently was blocked before I even checked in.My feet was under the sewage water.It was the worst experience I ever have had.It was 10:15pm by the staff from the motel finally fixed the drainage.There were sewage smell mixed with strong bleach smell all over the room. The light by the door was flicking . The shower water kept changing hot and cold.

Condition was a bit tired, needs an update. Lack of equipment in the room, toaster?, plates, bowels cuttlery

So close to the city and everything we wanted to do.

The room was airless - we’d wake up dehydrated and with a sore throat. They need to get some moisture or something in there.

Late check in worked well. Possibility to leave the car during day Tour.

Old fashioned room, water was cold in the morning.

Great comfy bed, excellent location, super friendly staff, will definitely be back 😁

Bit of a party going on somewhere near our room pretty late, made it a bit hard to stay asleep, but it was a Saturday night after all!

The charge to open the door when my friend forgot the key inside was unreasonable. However, that happened after 7PM and they had to get some with the key from outside the facility.

Clean and comfortable. Nice outside seating, great view of the Remarkables. Could leave the car parked at the camping site, because location is at walking distance to centre of town.

The Holiday Park stands out for its location. I also found the check-in and check-out process very easy which is always great.

During our stay, there was a little issue with no warm water on the facilities for over 12hours which compromised the evening or morning shower. Not knowing what the problem was, I think it was to much time to get it fixed. The room was comfortable, but changing the lights to a warmer colour could be a nice improvement as well as working on the soundproofing.

Little if anything Returning to all the cities/ towns which had evolved from their development and my own and being in the company of my current partner who gave my journey a special tone and because she did all the driving!! Near to city town. Comfy bed and clean room.

Common kitchen is not maintained properly. Stove is not functioning, very slow to heat up. The pots, etc.. are not complete

Location of the holiday park is one of the best and the view of the Remarkables from the apartments is awesome. The staff are friendly, amenities are good. Its very close to the town centre with restaurants, shopping and walking tracks within close proximity.

Nothing to dislike.

Supportive and friendly staff, comfy accommodation, clean and tidy. Location near to the city, few minutes by walking.

Nothing to say as I like all aspects of this place.

Room was basic but fine. Had a bathroom included which is good when you have young kids. Was clean and tidy.

Looked out straight into someone's room.
