Staff was helpful, Check in & check out was smooth

Just that the property has a parking facility. Rest everything was absolutely a bad experience.

Staff behaviour, very poor facilities and services, no sense of hospitality I must say. AC didn't work, WiFi didn't work, there was no towels in the room but no response for 4 hours from any staff. I called 7 times but they kept teaching me the rules and policies of the hotel or saying that we'll do something. They managed a glitch in the check-in formalities, and asked me to come to the reception immediately after I had reached the room and wanted to freshen up. Similarly, We were running late for check out and I requested to hurry up for room checking, however, I was made to wait and again taught about the hotel policies. At the time of check out, the senior manager came to the front desk gentlemen and loudly asked, whether the complimentary items are checked in the room and if they are there?, before my exit is sanctioned. Ofcourse if they have a facility like this, they should check, but making the guest feel this way is a great insulting memory. Very very embarrassing to hear this poor street vendor attitude. These events are quite shocking for a City like Mumbai. Property is nice but recruitment is gaining a bad fame.

all staff helpful

the staff cleared the credit card without our authority as we wanted to pay cash. we paid cash. hotel promised the transaction will be reversed and won't be charged on our card. the hotel promised to follow it up and advice us accordingly.
