A simpatia dos funcionários, os espaços exteriores, variedade da comida e bares disponíveis. A piscina é extraordinária. A equipa de animação contribuiu sem dúvida para estas férias maravilhosas.

À chegada encontrámos pequenas formigas no quarto mas o problema foi prontamente resolvido pela equipa de manutenção! A casa de banho do quarto era demasiado pequena, com a zona de duche pouco confortável.

the property is so spacious, clean and nice, you can find all water activities on the beach and the pool is amazing!

it’s only it is a bit far from restaurants and pubs, but maybe this because the whole area is so, however you can literally stay at the property for your full vacation and no need to go out. Also, it would be nice if there was music on the pool

The stuff are very welcoming and friendly. The place with the people makes you feel home. Rooms are clean and the hotel in general has a very big value for money, it worth every penny. I’d like to mention some people who made my stay very nice, Meliha, she was very friendly, very kind, helpful and yet very professional. Inan from animation team, very welcoming. Ilhan from sunset bar, very helpful. And Ali from the Island bar. They made my stay even better and more enjoyable. I’d like to also thank Mrs Mini from the Spa, very friendly. A must to thank are the chefs, food is superior. It’s the right place if you’re looking for somewhere far, relaxing and calm, when you go there you’re intending to never leave the hotel.

1- No Jacuzzi 2- I think they should add a limited pool with music around it other than this long one open endless on that connects all parts of the hotel. The reason is they need to have a heated-pool so everyone can swim. During my whole stay, I saw only (less than 10 people swimming), because the water is freezing (late April). 3- The way they deal with some problems, no flexibility, the plugs in the hotel room are not suitable for everyone. When I arrived I asked for a solution, supposing when you’re running a hotel you’re expecting guests from around the world, I told them that my phone is about to go off and the answer was you can go to the city center and buy something, I think those stuff are hotel’s must have, not everyone is coming from Europe to standardize the European plug. 4- WC for of the main restaurant and the sunset bar must be improved and cleaned more

The layout of the hotel was great. The pool and beach area were very relaxing. Large selection to choose from for the buffet meals. Enjoyed the extras of a waffle station in the afternoon. Most staff were friendly.

Not the ideal hotel for single people as it was mostly couples. Some music for entertainment at the pool during the day would be great.
