- Room didn't have beautiful views as expected (based on photos from other reviewers) - Room was for 2 people but toiletries left was only for 1 person (i.e. one shower cap, one sanitary bag) - Fridge was tiny and was filled with random drinks we would have to buy - Laundry service was strange because they wanted us to separate laundry into categories and pay for each category with different pricing (i.e., pants, shirts, underwear) when we just want to wash everything together - Make sure to reserve restaurants inside the hotel. The Italian restaurant was fully booked so we went to josun deli Food was pricey for what you get - 14000-20000 won for average tasting bread.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Nice and spacious room. Top location, many things reachable on foot, everything reachable by subway or bus. Great indoor pool and a top gym with truly friendly staff. We loved the cocktail bar downstairs, too. There is a bus service from the hotel to the airport with a comfortable bus with luxury seats. The housekeeping is thoughtful and very thorough. Our compliments for the daily cleaning.

Staff were excellent, very courteous and helpful, with a cheerful manner. The staff in the breakfast lounge (great food and our best abalone porridge on the trip!) were kind and quick to shift us to bigger table when 2 members of our family came later, with their baby. Efficient and did not make us feel troublesome

The staff gets 10 out of 10, very friendly, helpful and eagerness to help us. This hotel had the best service I’ve ever received in any of the hooters hotel’s I’ve stayed. Front desk person Jay Suh was excellent! He helped us on every aspect and we were very happy with our stay. When I return with my family next year, I will definitely return to Josun Hotel Seoul. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Jay! Centrally located, near shopping, conveniently located.

This is a great hotel with fantastic facilities (e.g. fitness centre). The room is large and comfortable. The location is great. Whilst I did not have much interaction with staff, when I did, they were friendly and helpful.

Minor issue with the shower which seemed a little tricky to get the right temperature but manageable.

L'un des points forts de l'établissement est sans aucun doute sa localisation très centrale qui permet de rejoindre à pied de très nombreux lieux d'intérêt et de flâner aux alentours. Des stations de métro sont également proches. Les chambres sont tout à fait du standing attendu et avec vue pour les étages supérieurs. Le personnel (nombreux) toujours prêt à rendre service. Il est rapide et efficace. Le service de chambre est de très bonne qualité. L'ambiance sonore dans les chambres et les couloirs était parfaite. Concernant le petit-déjeuner il est d'une rare variété ; vous y trouverez quantité et qualité mais aussi diversité ! En résumé je ne regrette pas mon choix et moyennant votre appréciation de ma description des points négatifs vous pouvez réserver sans trop réfléchir.

Plusieurs aspects pourraient cependant être améliorés pour obtenir une note de 9 ou 10. D'abord, les chambres mériteraient une opération de rénovation car on voit que quelques éléments ont vieillis et sont plutôt abimés. Dans le même ordre d'idée il n'y a aucun espace pour s'asseoir dans le lobby si on donne rendez-vous à quelqu'un alors que celui-ci est immense. Sur ce point j'avoue avoir été très surpris. Ensuite, la politique d'accès à la piscine est incompréhensible : j'ai voyagé avec mon fils de 9 ans qui après une bonne journée de visite voulait faire un break piscine. On nous a indiqué que le créneau accordé n'était que d'une heure. Quand on est allé voir le bassin il y avait 5 personnes dans l'enceinte de la piscine... Résultat on ne voulait pas attendre 1 heure avant d'aller se baigner d'autant qu'il n'y avait que des lignes d'eau pour nager. Déception et frustration. Enfin, ne vous avisez pas de diner au restaurant ARIA le soir. C'est un buffet facturé 190 000 Wons par adulte soit 150€ ! Pour ce tarif vous faîtes au moins 7 repas dans les restaurants du quartier !

Disappointing with the reception staff, Charge us more than what we have booked online didn't explain until we asked why. We didn't ask for upgrade but automatically just charge us for an upgrade room without asking us first.

Location is perfect which is not in the middle of hustle bustle Myeongdong but it is still within walking distance. Easy access to Lotte Dept Store too which is handy

Location is walking distance to Myeongdong, also walking distance to the subway stations. We didnt dine at the breakfast buffet. However, had room service breakfast on one of the day and the food was delivered was quickly. we had expected to wait an hour but it came within 30-40 mins. the best part would have to be the airport shuttle stopping right at the hotel lobby, saves us from lugging luggages on the streets to the designated coach stop.

housekeeping can be improved. we stayed 6 nights but one of the days, housekeeping staff left their towel and gloves behind. on another day, the dustbin in the room wasn't cleared and coffee/tea wasn't replenished. other than that the rest of the stay was great.

The staff was very attentive and polite. The location was amazing. The underground shopping was very fun and the underground tunnel was easy to access other building ie lotto department store and train station. The evening cocktail was nice too. We are able to make once because our all days to tour the town. We enjoy staying this hotel

1 iš kambarių gavome į šventyklos pusę, ramiau, gražesnis vaizdas, (toks sparnas yra 1 iš trijų). Gera lokacija, patogu lankyti turistines vietas. "Executive" kambariai gali pusryčiauti 21 aukšte, pusryčių bufetas ne didžiausias, bet gana skanu ir kokybiška. Labai didelė ir autentiška pirtis. Geri restoranai pavalgyti aukštesnio lygio maisto (nepigu). Kambarys tvarkingas, nenutrintas, jauku, didelė spinta. Gražios bendros erdvės.

Truputį girdėti triukšmo iš lauko, labai netrukdė. Negalėjo pristatyti papildomos lovos, apie tai užsakant neinformavo, teko pirkti papildomą kambarį (yra sujungiami). Įsiregistruojant recepcijoje darbuotojas lyg buvo pasiruošęs suteikti 1 kambarį ankstyvam įsikėlimui (atvykome 10 val), tačiau pateikus įvairių pageidavimų, apsigalvojo, ir turėjome pasivaikčioti iki 15 valandos po miestą. (Laikas neprailgo, buvo baltos Kalėdos)

The service staff are all very warm and friendly, especially the receptionist Mr. Jim, he is quite kind to my little daughter, which makes us feel as home.
