The beds were awfully uncomfortable, they didn't even have real blankets but instead a dusty rugged old fleece thing that smelled questionable and looked like it had been there for 30-odd years. We booked a triple room but instead, we got a cramped tiny double with an extra fold-out bed shoved into the corridor. This bed collapsed when you sat on it and was so skinny that I rolled off of it at night (I'm 168cm and 55kg.....). The WIFI did not work in our rooms, only in the lobby. I'm all for an old-world rustic charm, but the whole place could use some upgrades and definitely a deep clean.

Great central location

The quality of the mattresses was very poor, you could feel the springs. The pillows were hard and almost flat. Bathrooms extremely dated

The location was perfect - a quick walk to the busy part of town, but away enough it was super quiet. And the value was unbeatable for the price.

Staff were helpful especially the lady at breakfast very nice lady and all staff were pleasant

the room it was very dated too dated, i understand it's in character but things like shower only the hand held worked the top one just rusty water dripped out of it, to cluttered in the bathroom, the electrics didn't look good all had multi blocks already to was trying to charge phones etc was a bit worried, also window in bathroom had a white curtain up and at night with the light on you can see in. Drinks were reasonable rate, I feel it was vey expensive for what I got looking around could have got better for same or less

I was in the single room and it had a weird staircase probably to the owners bedroom. I could hear everytime they stomped around upstairs and when they went to the toilet and flushed the loo. weird three pin plug (not standard European plug) and owner did not seem to try to help.

Nice people, good food, clean room.

Place is clean, nice and comfy, affordable and staff are accomodating.
