It was a wonderful 5-day stay! Welcoming and friendly hosts, super clean, OK breakfast, central but quiet location with a beautiful mountain view. Thank you Hotel Crampon and Booking.com😁
The rooms could be a little warmer at night. 😴 A kettle wouldn't have been bad either.🫖

when we arrived. they literally welcome us with an open arms. make us feel like were home. i told them that it was my birthday. and ask if they can give me a room with a great view. and they gave me a free upgrade into a room that really has a great view of the mountain.
they were also very helpful with everything we asked. they will not just tell you things. they will literally explain everything which gave us more information about what to do around their hotel.
they always greet you with a smile and enthusiasm.
and they keep greeting me the whole day of my birthday. makes me feel like their family.
their hotel was so nice. their lobby makes me feel relax. in front of their chimney. makes me feel back to the old times.. highly recommended...😁😁😁

Wonderful hotel on the TMB and in a very central location just off the pedestrian zone.
Friendly welcome and efficient service from Lorenza and her team. Room spotless and spacious with the best shower we've had on this trip. Breakfast buffet excellent. The piece de resistance was the garden - a fab place to relax, sunbathe and have a drink. Hope to be back again soon for hiking or skiing!

Lorenza our hostess was so friendly and accomodating. Gave us useful tips like pre paying for bus tickets at half price.

We stayed at Hotel Crampon on our way to another Italian city as it was getting late. They said there was no problem checking-in late 10:30 pm and even found us a restaurant where we could go and have dinner.
The hotel is well located in Courmayeur, almost on the way of the autostrada. No big détour is needed and they have a parking.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to help us wash all our laundry after backpacking the Tour du Mont Blanc and package up the complementary breakfast in advance since we had to leave early the next morning. We even had to catch a bus the next morning and the guy working the night shift took the same bus, walking with us to the stop and ensuring we caught the right bus and were able to pay and everything. Above and beyond service!
It was really hot when we stayed there and a little hard to cool down the room. However the hotel staff gave us lots of instructions ahead of time of ways to try and cool down by opening windows.

Very good breakfast, amazing staff at the reception. The laundry service offered by the hotel was highly appreciated, especially after a few days of hiking in the rain. They were extra careful with the wool garments, which is not something that many laundries do.

Hotel Crampon is ideally situated in the Centre of Courmayer. The hotel staff were excellent and do everything possible to make your stay exceptional. We would highly recommend the hotel they have free car parking and a free shuttle service to the Dallon Bubble lift system
