Very nice and helpful staff, especially Ms Marcela, you can see immediately that she is a person with a passion for her work.

The balcony and spa were amazing. The room was very large and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Located less than a 5 minute walk from the Main Street with lots of food options and a grocery store nearby. We stayed here on our rest day during TMB and would absolutely stay here again.

There isnt a kitchen so one has to eat elswhere or prepare own food in apartment suites. However this is how the hotel is advertised, so not a surprise

Great location, very clean, large and well equipped with all necessities. Car park under Chalet. Very handy. Very lovely reception staff, in particular Ilary (apologies for mistakes in your name 😀) you were so helpful and nice!

Everything! the room was cleaned, a balcony with amazing view and the sweetest staff who helped us book tickets to the skyway cable car to mont blanc. There was also a pool and two saunas which were really appreciated. By far the best hotel we have been to on our journey!

We canceled our last night with PLENTY of notice. They kept our money and charged us for a night of parking and we weren’t even there! Staff was rude and inflexible.

The location is super convenient to the cable car (Courmayeur) to the ski area, a decent ski rental place (with a discount for those staying at Le Grand Chalet) and the main part of town.

This hotel is just great. Large room, well equipped, not so expensive compared to nearby hotels. The team at the reception has been exceptionally kind with us. Next time I go to Courmayeur, I know where to stay...

The Staff was uniformly helpful! The on-site spa was enjoyable The on-site massage was fantastic!

Rm #424, street facing, was very loud at night! Bar downstairs has loud patrons and sound echoes off facing building right back at rooms facing the street. Very, very loud until very late! Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Houseflies plentiful if you leave any window open (due to bar on street level of building). So, choose: windows closed, very hot room with only very thick/hot blankets available OR open window(s) for ventilation/cooler air and get LOUD sound of bar below AND houseflies (I stopped counting at 10 of them) and mosquitoes filling the room. Bathroom never cleaned or even swept during a 4-day stay. Shower is hot, then it is cold water for 5-10 seconds, happens 10+ times during a 5-minute shower. No kitchen area cleaning supplies provided, no sponge, no soap, no scrubber. You must buy during your stay.

Location, place, nature and the room itself which was pretty nice and comfy.

Everything was perfect till the moment we needed to check out. We were surprised to discover that the cleaning lady decided that the dishes are not cleaned enough. After I washed the dishes precisly and put everything into place. The reason we were told is that the dishes do not smell like soap(!!) They also showed us a picture of the dishes which wasn't very useful as we couldn't really smell the dishes through the phone. The punishment price for the not cleaned dishes was 30€.

Great central location, very clean, excellent staff.

This is not a criticism, just a suggestion. The kitchenette in our studio had absolutely everything as far as dishes, pots and pans, kettle, espresso pot, etc. The dishwashwer was great! But there were no staples so I suggest you bring a small supply of salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponge and so on. Why have to buy big containers of those things and leave it all there? Believe me, we have stayed in many different lodgings in Courmayeur, all good, and this place far surpassed them. So a small bag of staples is worth it!
