Location, fantastic room and friendly managers.

The staff/owners went above and beyond to assist with the arrival/departure times, we were able to get straight into our room when we arrived early morning and we were able to utilise the room until we left for the airport late in the afternoon with no extra costs. The location was excellent. The apartment was lovely and clean. The beds were so comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like about the place.

Everything - The apartment we booked was spacious, well furnished, had loads of natural light, was quiet, we had the pool and spa to ourselves on each occasion, we were a short stroll to great cafe's and the beach and the staff were absolutely delightful! We will be back!

Honestly not much - there was a whooshing sound coming from the bathroom which was probably from the ac / airvents. But it was barely noticeable and didn't effect our stay.

Our stay was great, the apartment is very spacious with a big balcony with parcial ocean view. You have everything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped. The day we were leaving, Shane drove us to the airport because of the lack of transportation, that was very nice from him, otherwise we could have lost our flight.

Susan on reception was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment my son and I arrived for Splendour In the Mud.

such a beautiful place Too stay staff are really helpful and always greeting you with a smile location is great really close to surrounding beaches and cafes and pool and spa area was always clean and evan warm enough too swim in in the middle off winter really glad we booked Here whole family loved it would definitely stay there again

Clean roomy well equipped very helpful reception

When attempting to reenter the rear of the building after putting my rubbish outside, I could not unlock the door as my key did not seem to fit. I had to return to the front of the building via the walkway of the adjoining property.

The location of the property and the facilities such as pool, spa and bbq area are a real plus. The apartment was well appointed and had everything that you need. Having 2 bathrooms and a laundry was very handy.

The only thing we didn't like was the weather. Unfortunately, things such as this are unavoidable but we still managed time at the beach and enjoyed our stay at Rainbow Bay.

Everything was as expected or better.

The only slight disappointment was the partial sea view from the apartment. It was very limited and other apartments for a comparable nightly rate had better views. But I appreciate it's hard to describe this when someone is booking online.

Great location facilities and people.

The view and open plan of kitchen dinning was perfect. Was a perfect size unit for a family of 4 to be comfortable. Love that there was 2 bathrooms and washing and drying facilities.

Could not fault anything. Maybe just some information on how and what level the pool was on for the kids to access it.
