Unsafe rooms, no safety latches on door. Neighbours having party from 11:00pm to 5:30am, ring owner, he said he would look. They carried on smoking on balcony in from of my room, in and out of doors, knocking on my door. As a single women I was simply terrified. It party was not stopped. Even the next morning they were knocking on my door at 8:30am. Note this was on the commencement of lockdown, I should have called the cops.

This place is always clean and quiet. The managers are very cheerful and helpful. The whole experience is fuss free and good value.

Don't have grizzles.

Proximity to activities was great. Electric blankets on bed lovely. Tv worked well. Water pressure was great in shower. Had coffee plunger and drinks available. Reception was friendly. No problems with check in and out. Car parking good. Quiet. No road noise.

Curtains were not hung well. Bathroom could do to be better maintained/upgraded and toilet bubbled up when neighbouring people used it. But otherwise clean. Spa bath small. Heat pump worked but had duct tape on it and vents didnt open properly. Milk and soap was not replenished during second day service.
