Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are large and lovely balconies. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Staff were so friendly and lovely. Very homely and such a pleasant place to stay.

Shower water is lukewarm even running it for two minutes like they said. Didn’t bother us much though. Can be noisy. Doors are thin and noise outside is loud.

Staff were super friendly and took the time to know and remember your name. They were really helpful also. Breakfast awesome, eggs cooked whatever way you wanted and pork bacon also huge selection of foods. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Internet fast. Our room was a ground floor private pool room. More like a suite. Two comfortable padded chairs plus a padded pool lounge in your own power operated roof gazebo, also included a pool deck. Access into shower from outside as well as inside. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower spacious and water hot. We didn’t use their toiletries but they looked nice. The restaurant prices were good and the food delicious. Close to the shops. Even though our room was near the main road, when we were inside we didn’t hear the road noise. I have been to Bali too many times to count but this hotel is know is my next stay.

This is my third stay at the Magani. The staff are amazing, the rooms are clean, airconditioning is amazing, the breakfast has good range, the pool is lovely. The pillows are sensational

There was an elderly woman that had a fall by the pool, she was 87. I'm a nurse so ran over to give assistance immediately. While I was helping this lady and her family, nobody staff wise came to give any assistance.

The location is fantastic, next to Garlic Lane and close to the beach, so you are surrounded by great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a fantastic size and setup with a comfy long lounge and balcony with seating overlooking the pool. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom amenities are excellent with lotion, toothbrush etc. and the towels, hand towels and face washers provided are clean and excellent, soft quality. Staff are lovely and the hotel is kept beautifully clean.

On the negative, the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people next door quite clearly. The traffic noise was so loud it kept me awake most of the first night until around 1am when it became quiet, despite being exhausted from a huge day of travel. Street traffic started again early and people moving about and walking past the room was noisy again with the thin walls. The fridge made a buzzing noise which would cut in and out through the night and wasn’t very cold. I stayed on the third floor backing onto Bene, the other side might be much quieter. I wouldn’t stay again due to the noise and very off-putting hearing clearly everything going on next door through the adjoining door. I did only stay 4 nights and tried to get into my other accommodation after the first day but couldn’t. I didn’t ask to be moved as I couldn’t be bothered packing and unpacking again. Ask to stay on the other side, it may be quieter.

The property is very central! Very clean, staff a lovely and just an overall great place to stay!

The location was extremely beautiful, very convenient to everything eg..shops, market, restaurants etc. You get treated well and. Services at Magani, is the best and I recommend to anyone who wish to go holiday in Bali.

I have experienced the kindness and friendly staff, their service, hospitality and more. When you arrive at the hotel, they Welcome their guests with a smile and treated or make you feel at home. So There's nothing For me to complain or things I didn't like? We all loved the place.

Room was comfortable and well appointed. Fridge broke down but was qyuickly replaced. Breakfast was good could have had a wider range but was OK. Pool and pool bar were good, all meals at the hotel were good.

Location is starting to get a little run down altghhough we still have a few favourite restaraunts in this area.

False advertising they charge you heaps for the rooms that aren’t even worth anywhere near the asking price they charge you for a good room and put you in a bad room I moved rooms 3 times because I wanted what I paid for.

False advertising the pool didn’t have chlorine when I had Bali Belly and was super sick I asked for an apple the brought up a rotten apple and charged me $10aus for it the manager was rude list goes on if you want more please email me

For the money, the Magani was suitable. We were able to use the Business Centre (almost exclusively) and the rooms and pool were clean. Our room was spacious and accommodated us for our 6 night stay. The staff are friendly and the security out front is reassuring, given Kuta's character is eclectic and the road is very busy.

I do not think we stayed in the most updated room, therefore it will require attention shortly. The TV channels/facility could be improved to reflect the more modern approach to streaming (although Indonesia limits foreign streaming services). The message from the hotel warning guests that if they were to leave 'stains' on soft furnishings they would be charged was off-putting. I later found washed-out, faded 'stains' in our bed linen (which was not changed during our stay). The food and drinks at the bar/restaurant requires improvement - in taste, presentation and variety. One can be paranoid about eateries in Bali and whilst the food was not undercooked etc., it's quality was poor.

Leider ist die Liste hier länger: Das schlimmste war mMn der ständige Rauchgestank aus der Klimaanlage. So bald die Klima lief hatte man das Gefühl jemand raucht im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist EXTREM hellhörig, da ausschließlich Party-Australier hier sind, kann man ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen. Bad hatte viele schimmlige Stellen. Das Hotel ist komplett auf australische Ballermanntouristen ausgelegt und auch so in die Jahre gekommen.

Staff are so so lovely here! Room was so clean, very modern. Breakfast was also really nice

The staff are incredibly friendly. Resort is keep immaculate, gardens well manicured. Facilities are easy to find.

Location was first class, near great restaurants, reliable money changers, good shopping & fab spas. The two for one cocktails were a winner for a girls trip 😀

The bathrooms are small & dark so difficult for two ladies to do their makeup before a night out. Also the safe in our room did not work, they attempted to fix it but it still didn’t work for half our stay.

Put me and my friends so far apart. I wanted a room near them or next to them for safety reasons. But they didn't asked but they couldn't accommodate. The pool was too cold.

This was our second stay here and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again! The rooms are always clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, the beach is a short 10 minute walk away, the hotel is right next to a mini mart, a pharmacy, a massage salon, loads of great restaurants nearby and lots of great markets. The hotel restaurant does really great food, and the buffet breakfast is always full of options.
