Ubicación perfecta

Había hervidor de agua, café instantáneo, azúcar más no habían cucharitas o algo con que mover la preparación del cafe

Particularmente estava tudo ótimo, proximo à estação de trem, bem como de restaurantes, porto de La Spezia. Facilidade de ingressar no quarto, tudo novo, limpeza impecável. A anfitriã super disponível!

Chambre bien située dans un quartier agréable, non bruyant bien qu'animé.

You book one address and receive another at the last moment. This is the first big unpleasant surprise. For the managers of these apartments, you have no value as a customer. You write, call to clarify the details, no one answers you for several days. You are asking for support Booking.com contact the apartments, after that you will receive an robot response with link. You will live in one room of the apartment and other unknown people will live in the other two rooms. This is not in the description before booking. If you check in after 18h, you will be charged extra money 20€ -30€, although everything is paid in advance. Being a customer Booking.com over the years this is the first time I've seen such poor service. It is a pity that Booking.com lowers its reputation by offering such options for booking.

The location is excellent. Very convenient to train station & buses. Also just a step away for food. The room is clean. Staff is excellent.

Everything was great until the air condition making a loud noise in the early morning which kept us awake & we didn’t have great night. We switched off the air cond but it still making noise until another 30 minutes. As it was a hot night we don’t have air cond nor a fan! No apology from the owner or offer compensation.

I liked the location and the balcony

No service, problem reaching the people who were supposed to check us in. We had problems with the air con but they didn’t try to help us in any way, they even turned off the phone. We paid for Lia Rooms 4 (3-star), but only got nr. 2 (2-star).

It was clean and near the restaurants and the train station.

There is no parking, you need to find a place in the blue spaces on the street and pay for it. It's a room in an apartment and you have the impression that someone could enter at any time. You need to pay 20 euro for check-in between 6-8pm and 30 euro between 8-10pm.

Nice service, comfortable room in good location. Nothing luxury but definietly enough to stay for 2/3 nights.
