I was upset with the basement parking as my car was a bit damaged due to high slope (before entering the ticket machine). You should make the bump lower. You can see from the scratching marks on the floor. Also was disappointed with the valet parking as once you park your car, you cannot use the car for in out as they will charge RM 35 for each movement. You should allow the car to be in and out since the rate is MYR 35. The checkout queue was really long. Should improve on this area.

Was very busy when we were there. The club extra is not really worth it, very limited time slot for a drink

The hotel was beautiful and the room was so modern and spectacular. It was a last minute booking because I had to leave my accommodations at the KLCC Star Residences which were unacceptable. When I entered my room, I was ecstatic. It was modern, beautifully appointed, sizeable with a lovely city scape. I will be staying here on my next visit to KL.

I think, the staff that incharge of check in should have clearer voice when explaining about charges (debit card, apple pay etc)

Отличный отель с очень хорошим расположением. Рядом с башнями, рядом с торговыми комплексами. Брали номер с видом на башни, вид супер.завтраки отличные. На сколько удобен общественный транспорт, не могу сказать. Передвигались пешком или на такси

Если придраться, то при заселении не поставили детскую кровать, не дали 3-ий комплект полотенец и тапок для ребенка. После просьбы, все предоставили. Но это мелочи, на которые не стоит обращать внимание! Отличный отель

Didn’t get the view we wanted. two lifts changing is not convenient.

Location was very close to petronas towers and mall. Breakfast was really good, lot of variety. Bed facilities and room was very comfortable.

Early check-in option not available, had to book for additional full day separately to allow for early check-in (checkin is always 3pm but we landed at morning 4:30 am due to flight timings, which is okay). But this lead to paying higher price for additional single day booking for same room, as modification to previous booking was not possible.

The location is exceptional and our room had beautiful views of the petronas towers. Super comfortable beds and the rooms are enourmous.

I don’t like it when you have to take two elevators to get to your room, but it’s not a big deal.

入住的房看不到双子塔，并且飞机早上八点到酒店，但一直无法入住，前台也没有尽可能帮忙想办法。在我一再等待问询下，中午12点才住进去。且提前一天已经打过电话，询问我第二天早上八点到就想入住，但定不到房间有什么办法，工作人员说帮我登记了，但第二天来了也没有采取什么好的解决办法。

The property is beautiful and very well located .. the staff is courteous and helpful … breakfast was amazing ! My room which had the spectacular twin towers view was comfortable with all modern amenities …WiFi was spot on ! I had a fabulous time here …. All in all a happy stay !

・朝食 種類が豊富、中華料理、点心、マレーシア料理、各種デニッシュ、フルーツなど3日間飽きずに楽しめた。 ベビーチェアあり。私達の宿泊時にはバルーンアーティストが各テーブルのお子様達にパフォーマンスをしてくれた。（騒がしいものでもなくとても良かった） ・ロケーション ツインタワー徒歩10分以内、周辺にコンビニなどはないがツインタワー近くのISETANなど買い物は不便しない ・部屋 キングルーム、"市内中心部を望む"とあるがホテルなどが割拠してるエリアなので街並みが見えるわけではない。 アメニティはフランスのブランド物で統一されている。良い香り。ベッドは大人2人でちょうどくらいのサイズ。 ・他 ベビーカーで行きづらいとの事前情報あったが全く気にならない。ホテルまでのルートでの不便は街全体に言えることでありこのホテルに限った話ではないとして、ホテル自体は全体的に広くベビーカー、スーツケースでの移動も全く苦にならない。

Die Gastfreundlichkeit und Freundlichkeit ALLER Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Zimmer groß und sehr schön!

Chambre : spacieuse , ultra propre, literie confortable. Excellent service aux chambre rapide. Grande fenestration du plafond au sol . Très lumineux . Belle vue ville. Petit déjeuner : excellent , difficile de faire mieux . Très variée ( pour tous les goûts ) jus frais , fruits exotiques . La salle du PDJ est vraiment belle , toute vitrée et offrant une vue spectaculaire sur les tours petronas. Belles photos assurées. Localisation parfaite . À côté du skywalk et à 2 pas du parc et des tours . On a tout fait à pied. Un des meilleurs 5 étoiles que j’ai fait qui se démarque aussi par le service qui est exemplaire. Les employés sont souriants , à l’écoute de nos demandes et efficaces. Je recommande fortement

The room was nice and spacious, with a good ambiance, and an amazing view of KLCC and the Petronas towers. It was a comfortable stay. During check-out, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to apologize for the unwanted experience during our check-in, giving us an apology gift, and packing our breakfast because we had to rush to the airport. Things don't always go the way we want, but the hotel staff stepped up and tried their best to make up for what happened on our first day.

We were told during check-in that the room we booked was unavailable and that they were giving us a better room. The catch - it was a Barbie-themed room with over-the-top decor and toys. Even though we had booked our standard room well in advance, we reluctantly took the Barbie room. When we realized that we were not about to get the proper experience we paid for, i.e. view of the towers was partially blocked by window stickers, a doll house, and lots of toys - we called the reception to ask them to shift us to a standard room. After a few calls back and forth, where the staff kept insisting that our required room was unavailable, they finally managed to get us our normal room in a few hours, three floors below. We were satisfied with the new room, but the whole experience wasted a few daylight hours on our first day at KL, when we could have maximized our stay with other activities.

フロント及びエントランスの担当者は非常に親切な対応であったことは少しでもの救いであった。 エントランスの担当者は、タクシ－を快く呼んでくれてありがたかった。

当日のチェックイン時間にフロントに行ったが、清掃が未完のためチェックイン時間が1時間ほど遅れるとの回答だった その間メンバ－のラウンジで待機していたが、次の情報では、キングサイズのベットであれば案内可能との説明があった。 しかし、ツインベットを予約していたので更に30分ほど待つことになった。 5スタ－のホテルとしては非常に残念なサ－ビスであった。朝食会場も時間帯が集中したこともあって、座席に案内されるまで待たされた。 可能であれば、時間制で区切っての案内があると待たずにスム－ズにいくと感じた。 更には、コヒ－マシンが全て故障して対応されずに放置されていた。 また、故障による情報も全くなかったのは非常に残念で仕方なかった。 いい思い出が、最悪の思い出になってしまった。
