موقع الفندق جميل جداً كل شي قريب منك

الذي لم يعجبني إدارة الفندق لانه طيارتي واصله الصباح وصلت الفندق الساعه 10 صباحاً لم يوفر لي الغرف ورغم ذلك رسلت لهم عدت مرات عن طريق الايميل أنني سوف اصل في الصباح على حسب رحلة الطائرة ولاكن للأسف إدارة الفندق لم توفر لي الغرفه بعد الساعه 2 ظهراً

Comfortable room for 3 adults in excellent City Centre location. Parking at the hotel was easy and free.

Bathroom was clean, but there were issues with the water pressure ... a very slow shower.

The location is on a lively area surrounded by malls.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and thats saying alot giving I been to hundreds of hotels in over 20 countries in 4 different continents. I’m not talking about the poor housekeeping or the slow internet, old furniture, outdated bathroom or basic amenities that are not 5 star level, these are all flaws but are minor in comparison to the issue of the staff being not understanding the idea of working in the hotel industry where it all revolves around customer satisfaction. They will not move an inch outside their comfort zone to ensure that. They do not smile, they do not interact politely at all. Examples: we had a confusion about pricing and the reception would just stare in your face in a “deal with it manner”, we requested and paid for an extra bed which came with a very had mattress, when we requested for change they said there are no alternatives and gave more blankets which they just placed on the room basically saying “do it yourself”. The taxi had no change so we asked reception for smaller notes of the same currency. Not even currency exchange and they refused.
