Not much to be honest , the staff was friendly

The food was not good . Everything was super expensive. The room was small . We paid $4k for 4 people for 2 nights . This is equivalent of a 5 star hotel price . But it was not five star experience. Not worth the money don’t go.

Great 'family holiday' location from mainland and easy to get to by a super-fast South Sea Ferry. Pretty much everything was wonderful including the weather! The South side does not really have a lot of sun in July or beach to sit on and is a lot breezier but heaps quieter than the North!

Sadly, with our back and hip problems we found our bed was a bit uncomfortable, could have done with a new plump topper. Certain dishes could be improved on the menus, using more 'fresh' local fish and produce.

We unfortunately didn’t have any hot water in our room? There were a couple of rainy/cooler days. We would of loved a warm shower

Absolutely loved our holiday at castaway, the staff are beyond exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable and the view was amazing.

Only downside if I had to pick one is that we were a little bit of a walk from the pool and restaurant, fine for adults but with three small kids it felt like we did a-lot of trips back and forth. Drinks are expensive and do add up over a week, all in all hard to fault.

Great beach and snorkeling. Relaxed resort.

No in room dining. Dinner tricky as kids dinner at 5:30pm and adults Al a carte menu from 6:30pm. Great if happy to get a nanny and eat separately but doesn’t work well if you want to eat with kids.

Perfect island getaway! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! The friendliest of staff, lovely food and comfortable rooms. Great facilities all of which were easily accessible within a few mins walk. Despite it being busy in the school holidays it never felt crowded or too busy leaving you to feel relaxed and ready for your next cocktail or beach swim searching for star fish. Lots to do for children and found the ages ranged from little ones to teenagers (I was worried my 12 year old would feel old there). Seems there are lots of yearly regulars too which is always a good sign. We we definitely be back!

This is paradise on earth, we stayed for 5 nights with our two children (2) and (5) and they had the best fun in the kid's club. Seini Karavaki was our nanny and she was our Mary Poppins in Fiji, we cant recommend this wonderful resort more. Naomi who worked in the restaurant (which delivered the most wonderful meals) felt like an old friend by the time we left. Such a wonderful holiday, I cant wait to come back with more family!

Beautiful location and wonderful accommodation. Staff were all wonderful and our son adored the kids club. We enjoyed scuba diving and snorkelling.

Food was a little on the expensive side. My son and husband experienced some sickness while there.

The location is amazing. The staff are beautiful and very welcoming.

The adults “only pool” was full of kids!

Great experience overall. Top notch staff and service, excellent rooms with direct access to beach, good food. Would love to come back here.

Not much that we didn’t like.

The overall experience was superb and the Castaway staff went over and beyond to make us happy! All of the staff were very welcoming, warm, kind and very intentional in their interactions, The kids club was exceptional. we loved the beach, snorkeling ad ocean view accommodation.

Unfortunately, our family were a bit sick during our stay, so didn't have big appetites for the buffet hence were only eating the La Carte food. We would have appreciated more lighter, salad, vegetable options, and more breakfast options (eggs benedict, omeletes). No a major, but our king bed in room 12 slanted down on the left side so felt a little like I was going to roll off.
