The Management needs to improve lot

We have frequently visited and stayed The Resort since last 10 years even I was a member since many years too but this time disappointed. The receptionist and incharge were very rude. We booked for premium room they vhementicaĺy delayed allotment and finally allotted small room on the goose of Club Room, The room was so small & very tidy.

The hospitality was excellent right from arrival to departure. Was taken care of by Ms Gupta (not sure about her name). Liked the tea party in the lawn. Pool was clean and a good size. Breakfast was very good...the best.

More user friendly for elderly outside in the lawns. Also handles required at the pool for seniors.

The dinner was not so good..

Good spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, however, food quality could be better.

Definitely lot of cleanliness especially in the common areas and around the pool.

The location is near the beach.

Restaurant staff was not listening they don't bothered to take the order. I have to call them and after taking order least interested to serve the same.

the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The Duty manager Harjeet helped me with the best rooms and made sure everything was perfect. The front desk staff Shubhangi made our stay very special from the time I came to the front desk to check in . She was exceptional. She came to the room with a cake for my sister’s birthday which was very thoughtful of her . She is an asset to the hotel. The restaurant staff Suyog was very kind and helpful as we were travelling with a 3 years old he made sure our dinning experience was comfortable.

The food in the hotel is not as good as expected however the staff and the hotel is great.
