場所柄 夜間騒音が気になった

駅から近くて洗面所がきれい

デスクのライトやベットにホコリがあった

地點好，住宿旅客可自行使用的行李寄放區很方便，盥洗用品是POLA的，桌子和床頭的充電插座位置很好用

枕が変わるとなかなか寝付けないのですが、枕の加減もよくぐっすり眠れました

ロケーションが良かった 備品が充実していた。

廊下の人の声がうるさかった。

Bad Wi-Fi at night Check out was at 10, but cleaning staff were filling the corridors from 0830 making lots of noise arguing with each other about spending ‘too much time’ cleaning the rooms. One staff member was being reprimanded for spending 30 minutes cleaning instead of 20. Had to drag our suitcases over cleaning equipment, towels etc and between arguing staff members to get to the elevator

The place is clean, near Nagoya railway and bus station, shopping center, restaurant. The surrounding is quite. The staff are good. The bathroom is clean,no foul smell. There are toiletries, night gown, slippers, refrigerator, air purifier in the room. The pillows, blanket are clean.

Most important is the location! The hotel is literally in front of Nagoya Station, just across the street. The facility is well kept while being minimal. They offer a variety of amenities and even different types of pillows to choose from.

The bathroom smelled a little sweaty, so it wasn’t that great to take a bath in. It would also be nice if they offered free bottled water.

Clean and convenient location

Size of the rooms. But it's understandable considering the average size of hotel rooms in Japan.

+ Location is very convenient, it’s just outside JR station, next to Bic Camera. + Pillow bar was an interesting touch + Clean room + Friendly staff

it’s small. I mean, I know it’s in Japan, but I wouldn’t want it for longer stays. 1 night was ok. Other than that, great value for money.

The pillow was a bit hard, very similar to many Japanese hotels. The window didn't seal 100%, so the cold air would enter the room if I let the window 'cover' open for some sunlight..
