Location

All the finer details about a 5 star - old towels, staff lacks training, non-Indian food was poor, even the coffee was devoid of any taste. Fitness center looked like it had been abandoned. Bottles strewn inside cabinet, no lights/aircon .

The perfect location for the Taj Mahal. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and comfortable, I would stay here again.

The food could have been better, we choose our meal from the al a carte menu, we probable should have went with the buffet. We also ate 30minutes prior to closing

Le personnel est exceptionnel et aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour des clients très agréable. Petit déjeuner variés très copieux. Literie très confortable. Hôtel très bien situé. L’idéal pour visiter Taj Mahal qui se trouve juste à côté.

Not what I’d expect in a Taj hotel. Staff was a bit chaotic. I had to ask for a rollaway bed (which I asked for at time of booking) 4 times before receiving it. We had to grab our own luggage when we were trying to leave (this was the only way someone came to help us). Check in was slow and chaotic.

Gute Lage des Hotels, ca. 1,5 KM vom Osttor zum Taj Mahal. Pool auf dem Dach incl. Restaurant war super, Zimmer groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen

タージマハルにとても近く周りの街も面白かったです。 ドアマンの方もとても雰囲気が良く幸せでした。 ウェルカムドリンクもあって、ロビーの雰囲気もとても良かったです。 お部屋もとってもゆったりしててきれいでした。

チェックアウトしたばかりなのに、両替をお願いしましたが、できないと言われとても困りました。 部屋のダブルルームの予約ができていなかったので、電話で連絡しましたが、なかなか対応してもらえず。結局フロントまで行きました。 その後は対応してくれたからよかったのですが。

Food was Okish, location was nice for Taj Mahal, gave us a early check in

Everything that could go wrong went wrong: 1. Hotel is old and in need for refurbishment. We where given a room that smelled badly, and the hotel staff tried to cover that with perfume. They changed our room, and it had horrible acoustic: we could hear everyone on the corridor, as well as music coming from the terrace. 2. Check on took about 30 min, during which we stayed about 20 min seated while they figured out something. 3. Staff just didn’t care about the guests. Overall the hotel felt abandoned by the owners, and is more close to a 3 star hotel than a 5 star that they are currently classified as. Just don’t book. If you do decide to book, good luck

Loved the location and the cleanliness. Hospitality it’s Taj so no question.

Felt it’s slightly run down now. Needs a lil makeover and more vibe.

1. Staff. They were courteous, efficient, and helpful. 2. Services. All promised services delivered. 3. Site. Location was incredible. Easy commute to the Taj Mahal.

Non-vegetarian buffet were choices a little sparse. However, more than made up for if you order in room dining as we later did, or a la carte.

The swimming pool and the view of the Taj mahal are simply stunning.

The staff are nice but poorly trained. The bar staff upstairs are good but the breakfast and dinner staff are clueless. They didn't get a single drink or food order correct in our stay. The staff's English is poor and the quality of the food is also poor for a 5* hotel. The bed was actively uncomfortable with a massive indentation on one side. These are all resolvable issues but frankly this is not a 5* hotel currently.

From the time we entered the hotel to check-out , we felt like it was our home.

The hair salon staff was not available during a long busy weekend period

We had to wait for 45 mins after the check in time to get our room. The food was really bad Not worth the TAJ hype Dinner and breakfast

Everything from location to property itself, its rooms, meals, its staff almost everything was excellent. Special mention to the very impressive hospitality by Palato restaurant's manager. The food especially South Indian cuisine was very tasty. The top floor Sky Lounge had a pool overlooking Taj. It is really a sight to behold. Nearby attraction is Taj Mahal itself (about 1 km from the property) and Taj Nature Walk, a serene forest park for nature lovers (about 5oo meters). This would was my first but stay at this hotel and with my overall experience, I would be staying here again.

Everything was perfect. Big room with good quality bed, bedlinen. Very helpful staff. Our train to Agra arrived with huge delayed so we couldn’t have the dinner coming with the selected package but they offer us in exchange lunch on the next day. The food at the restaurant simply marvelous, very ample selection of food and drinks. Good swimming pool and fitness center. Very close to the dropping point for Taj Mahal commuters.

The staff was really helpful from beginning to end. It was truly a 5 star experience. The food was great, the room was a great size, the cocktails in the taj lounge were excellent. Honestly, everything was great!!!

I loved everything. This was my favorite place that i stayed at in india.

Overall it was a great experience. The breakfast was fantastic and had a great selection. The staffs were very nice and helpful.

There were lots of mosquitoes at the entrance when we arrived and it was even hard to stand.

Excellent property. The dining area, rooftop pool are great places to hang out.

Some rooms had a a musty smell in it. They accomodated us to a new room immediately. Also with a wedding going on, there was drum noise at late in the night.
