Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. A bit bland and very much aimed at foreign tour parties.

We have stayed here before partly because of the pool so it was a pity it was unavailable as that was one reason we chose it and we only found out after booking.

The hotel is elegant and simple, the room comfortable and exceptionally clean. The hotel is set back from a major road. The large property includes a herb and vegetable garden and walking paths.

Room a tad pricey, should have included breakfast.

The service was top notch and the breakfast was unbelievable (so many options)! The pool and grounds were lovely. Our deluxe king room was a good value compared to other 5 star properties in the area. The hotel is located about a mile from the Taj Mahal. We took Ubers (including tuk-tuks) to get around, which were very inexpensive compared to the hotel's transfers.

It felt a little too touristy compared to some of the smaller properties we stayed in during our India travels. Pricey food and drinks compared to what you get used to paying in India.

Even though a little away from Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, it is set back from the main road, providing much needed peace and quiet. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, gym isn’t the biggest but well equipped and the staff were just incredible. Breakfast (in-room) was delicious too!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations, and I am truly grateful for the remarkable level of service and attention to detail provided by your staff. First and foremost, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome received upon check-in by Anuradha and Mehek. The front desk staff was courteous, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. It set the tone for the rest of my stay, where I consistently encountered friendly and attentive staff members who were always ready to assist me with any inquiries or requests. The room itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The cleanliness and comfort of the space made me feel right at home. Although there were some issues with the Bed springs. Tushar and the Manager/Supervisor on duty (10/10) from housekeeping made sure that I get a good night sleep on the bed they were very attentive to my request and provided a quick resolution. i will give housekeeping team the maximum points the reason I like the hotel so much. Manager/Supervisor on duty(don't remember his name) was very courteous in his interaction with me. Dilli and team left a small wallet as a gift to the guest which was much appreciated. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional dining experience. The hotel's restaurant not only offered a diverse and delectable menu, but the quality of the food was truly outstanding. Hitesh/Jigyanshu and his team made sure that any of my ad-hoc dining requests were fulfilled The staff at the restaurant were attentive, knowledgeable, and displayed a genuine passion for their craft. It was evident that they took great pride in delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities and services were top-notch.

Hard to find

really liked the hospitality at the hotel. they truly take care of their guests. there was a lady at the dining who took note of all the needs of my 6 year old kid and made sure of extra happiness for my kid every time she dined in 🙂

I wish there were some different options for rooms. There were only 2 types and seemed monotonous. I wish they would expand a few rooms to give a more luxury experience

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are very nice. Lots of activities for guests like pottery making, puppet show etc. The breakfast is very good. The gardens are fantastic. The pool is nice. Bedroom is clean. We even received a welcome gift: a pashmina! Near to Taj Mahal. Great service!

I wish the room and gym was bigger.

It was supposed to be an overnight stay for a visit to Taj Mahal, I was expecting a usual tourist trap for 70$ or so. The hotel was ridiculously nice, the kind of place where you'd actually want to spend a vacation. I was pleasantly surprised by the price / quaity ratio, including in-room dining, massage, the guide the hotel arranged for me, etc.

I can't really speak for the location. I had a hired car from Delhi, so getting to Taj Mahal was quick. I guess there are hotels within walking distance, if that's important to you.

Since we traveled with kids, we appreciated kids club and activities/events that the hotel offered. They enjoyed exploring the garden, playing games and experiencing Indian cultural shows and instruments. The location is also a plus especially if you want to visit Taj Mahal in the early morning. The hotel also helped us book transportations/a guide.

Everything was exceptional. The location. The gardens, the pool, the overall property. The staff were just the best. So professional and polite and so good at what they did. The rooms were cosy and comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was nice.

It was one of the best Hotels we ever stayed. The staff was exceptionally helpful right from room service to breakfast. The housekeeping staff gave us momento in our room. For breakfast the chef too special care of our likes for several different dishes. There were evening shows for kids as well.

I don't see anything that we did not like.

The staff and service were exquisite especially service rendered by Abhishek, Aryan, Nanu, Riwoshana and Rohit. Love to visit again.
