Struttura situata a due passi da spiagge e lidi.
Camera molto pulita e staff accogliente e disponibile. Abbiamo anche trovato durante il soggiorno in camera una bottiglia di vino e un cesto di frutta.
Il giorno del check out la signora Anna ci ha regalato dei dolcetti tipici buonissimi, ma non solo ci ha preparato un ottimo caffè greco e offerto un pezzo di torta. Tutto perfetto!

It was very clean , only 5 min walk to the beach, to the bus stop to Heraklion and to small markets and restaurants/ bars. Quite at night.
It has no elevator but you may see the sea if you are on a higher floor

Beach is nearby, with beds and umbrellas (free if you order drinks/food), restaurants and shops walking distance, plenty of parking space in the back.

This accommodation is located in Amoudara, near Heraklion. The hosts are giving their best, very nice people, rooms are great and very clean with balcony. Beds have the perfect confort. Thank you for a great stay ! (Jozsef and George)

Friendly, welcomed with drink, surprised with cake and pastry on different days. Location great for beach, has supermarket nearby (closes 11pm), and lots of options for food and drink. Bus stop nearby on main road. Felt safe in this area, easy to find using Google maps. Parking on site in compound.

Quality and more than sufficient. My studio was always cleaned and the whole building was spotless. The food was delicious, Anna is a great cook. The hosts were all that anyone could ask for. Really nice and warm and helpful. Thank you both, Anna and Yannis. Hope your season is a success. I shall return.

Everything very good. Good view, clean rooms, very near to beach, restaurant and supermarkets. Specially the host Anna is very helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended. The apartment can be reached by bus number 6 from Airport (Stop: Hotel Roxani).

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff, specifically Anna the owner, is incredibly warm and welcoming. I went during off-peak season and it was a great value for the money! The beach is very close and there are a good amount of authentic Cretan restaurants close by.

My room was like a studio with a small kitchen in it.
Very clean, with a small terrace, AC, and a 3 minutes walk from the beach.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was perfect. Nice rooms, very clean. Location very close to the beach. The hosts were great, ready to help you anytime and with a gentle smile all the time. Nearby are also supermarkets, restaurants and bus station. We highly recommend Anna studios

The place was very clean, owners were very nice and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday, everything was top notch. Place itself is located in a good spot if you have a car and want to drive to visit places such Knossos, Malia, Faistos, etc.
