Расположение на территории зоопарка - очень удобно! Большой номер. Несколько ресторанов и кафе рядом. Завтракали в ресторане Hide - разнообразно, подходит для детей. The location within the zoo is very convenient! Large room. Several restaurants and cafes nearby. We had breakfast at the Hide restaurant - varied, suitable for children.

Холодный пол в номере. Для особо чувствительных - животные просыпаются рано и могут издавать звуки. Cold floor in the room. For those who are especially sensitive - animals wake up early and can make sounds.

مايعيبه العروض كانت عادية جداً ماتستاهل اضاعة الوقت فضلاً عن دفع الرسوم، عرض الطيور والفيلة بسيط جداً جداً جداً وشرح عن حياة الطيور والفيلة اكثر من كونه عرض، تذاكرها غالية ولا انصح بدخولها، الاكتفاء بمشاهدة الحيوانات واطعامها

The design

Kids loved it. My room was upgraded and the rooms were spacious and really well maintained. Kudos to the team.

Can have more fans installed across the pathway to get rid of the heat.

We liked the fun setting and the room was quite nice.

Facilities were run down and dangerous. I (thankfully) tested the kids water slide before my daughter and burned myself badly on it - informed staff member who shrugged. Music from pool area was playing very loudly into the evening, with sexually explicit lyrics and expletives in the songs. We were staying in a pool side room with our 3 year old daughter and were pretty horrified at this. They did reduce the volume upon my request at 8:00pm. To top it off, after we left, I had a call from a staff member, telling me I may be charged as there was a make up mark on the pillow/duvet. I asked if they had attempted to wash it- they had not. Bizarre!

Everything was very good and organized. Excellent staff and extremely quick service.

The see off was very bad and painful. I have to bring my car from valet, myself, as there was only ONE Bellboy cum Valet Driver cum all the staff at the time of Check-out. They kept 3 driver and 4-5 bell boy for check-in but checkout was 1 person for all the things. In-house shops were BEYOUND EXTREME EXPENSIVE. they we ripping people pocket like hell.
