Great location, with a beautiful view of the ocean and well appointed to restaurants and cafes in walking distance.
Some issues with appliances in the property- air conditioners and dishwasher were malfunctioning but the staff were very helpful to rectify the situation.

No hot water in the apartment, it ran out very early on the first night of our two night stay. Also the 4 of us had to share 1 roll of toilet paper over this stay and when asking reception they said we would need to purchase any extra.....really!!

Loved the proximity to everything
It was quite dirty, stains on couch. The ceiling and walls were dirty with bugs and yellow stains.
I did book accomodation because it stated air-conditioning but out of 3 aircons in the premises, none worked at all!

The bed was very comfy and the linen was lovely. The view was good and there was enough seating for 4-6 people. The second bedroom (which we didn't use) would be perfect for children and was appealing in decoration. The bedrooms were of a decent size with sufficient furniture. Air conditioning worked well though my husband had an issue in the middle of the night where the main bedroom remote also turned on the lounge/dining unit. The block-out curtains worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery etc. and the fridge a decent size for a family. Whilst we didn't use the pool or BBQ areas they looked nice.
The whole apartment looked 'tired' and in need of a spruce up - new paint, carpets cleaned etc. The rug in the lounge/dining area looked out of place and on further inspection we noticed it was hiding a large stain on the carpet, probably a water stain from the air conditioner above. The lounge/couch cushions were stained and would benefit from a good clean. I had to use a bag to keep the entry door open to bring in other luggage as there was nowhere to latch it to on the wall.

the apartment and facilities were great. we had no problems at all.

we had a ute, the carpark was on 3 levels but the ute could only use ground level which had a small number of spaces, most of the spaces were used by small cars?? there was always 1 space.

The property itself is lovely, apartment was extremely clean and had decent free wi-fi etc. The balcony was a nice touch and we had a lovely view of the sea. The check in /check out process was also very easy.

It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great full kitchen, gorgeous balcony off main and living, overlooking pool. Access to streaming services, great WiFi.
Location not ideal for patrolled beach - but bus across the road gets you to Mooloolooba in a few minutes. Bathroom a bit small. Garage access requires getting out of car and undercover limited when busy. Rooftop fine though.

This place is amazing we had a great time as a family holiday, It was very clean and they've got everything that we need close to everything and the staff are very friendly We will definitely be coming back! ☺️

The apartment had been recently renovated and was extremely clean and well appointed.
The parking facilities cause great drama. Travelling in a large SUV there was no parking on the ground level. When we went down the ramp to the lower level the roof racks scraped the roof. By the marks, many others had experienced the same. There was no height metre displayed anywhere, no signage at all. When you pay the money we did you expect to have secure parking without dramas. I recommend anyone with a larger vehicle to check the availability of parking first.

great location, so happy it's close to everything especially the beach. Loved how easy it was to have a bbq down by the pool everything was there to make it easy to clean and tidy up. great having large fridge in pool area as well.
parking was hard with a big vehicle it was hit and miss and trying to get a park was also hard.
Never saw a staff member so scored medium as I couldn't judge... there was no aircon unit in our room but the wind was great.

Great location, perfect ocean views. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults!
The unit is old (no dishwasher) but was comfortable and had everything needed for a week long stay.
