the location was incredible, and the house had plenty of room for the family. the beds were comfortable and the sheets and bathrooms were clean

the house could have been a lot cleaner, the kitchen items were not great, and other things like the plastic plants were very dirty. Almost half of the lights did not work and due to the cloudy weather it was quite dull indoors.

needs some TLC. doors don’t unlock; aircon in main suite needs to be serviced as it smells and needs blinds on back area near fold out couch’s.

A little rundown, spa didn't work and was very difficult to shower in, projector didn't work, needs curtains in the backroom where the sofa beds are

lay out wasn’t great very run down need update photos some lights weren’t working and kitchen cupboards were damaged. yard wasn’t mowed or looked after and house was dirty and didn’t smell great

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to local shops and fish across the street, hire water equipment from just down the road. The bedrooms were great. The pool looked good and the pool table was fun for everyone. It was easy to get to. The staff at Parkin Parade were lovely. There is plenty of space and a big enclosed yard.

The kitchen was very old and we couldn't use either bbq. The one on the verandah didn't work and the one downstairs was so dirty it even had animal droppings on the bbq plate. It needs some new frying pans. The cupboard doors had laminate on them which was ripped and hanging off. The bathroom on the main house had a shower over a spa bath which doesn't have a flat surface. You have to be careful not to trip. There were cups with chips in them. There were two bins inside the property which hadn't been put out for collection by the last Tennant's and were full of flies. The lounges on the front verandah were very dirty. The shed with the pool table had a lot of things lying around which could be put in the rubbish. There was a truck parked on one side of the driveway and a big van on the other which made it very difficult to safely drive out of the property.

Was a large house with plenty of room for all of my family and located just across from the water.
