Great place to stay! Close to the beautiful beach and just around the corner there are several shops, restaurants etc. Room is spacious, roof top was very nice to hang out and watch the sunset.

Our room was very lovely and comfortable. The balcony was nice and had a view of the ocean. Great place to sit in the mornings and just relax. The room had both a/c and a fan, we did not need the a/c at all during our March visit. The bed was comfortable and the shower was large, with lots of hot water. We had secure parking and the wi-fi was very reliable. Staff were very nice.

This is a nice cozy hotel at the top of the hill with a view of the ocean. Everything you need is close by.

We really appreciated how easy it was to pay for our stay, since both we and the hotel have Bancomer accounts. Also, we were offered an upgrade so that our friends - a mother and her 18 year old son - got a two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen apartment, which they really enjoyed. Having garafons of drinking water available and a community kitchen were also very helpful amenities. The pool was small and not very deep, but this was actually perfect for our friends, who did not not know how to swim. They began to relax in the water very quickly. Two kids frolicked in the pool also, so while adults who like to do laps would not be happy, the pool was perfect in other ways.

Not much the hotel can do about its location, but it's close to a busy corner, one street being hilly, so the traffic noise was intrusive at times. In this electronic age (we each had a cell phone and a computer), having more electric outlets in the room and maybe one on the balcony would have been very helpful. A small-ish round table and two chairs on the balcony were much appreciated and used to look out to sea while sipping coffee.
