Breakfast is basic. Lindsay can increase some items of breakfast.

Very funy. After 10 pm whole night AC and Hot Water did not work. I think from the hotel power lined off whole night.

The elevators are too old and need to be updated.

Let me be frank. I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel. So I got the basic facilities. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Well, sad to say there a lot of things. Starting from the fact that you have to walk from Ground Floor to the 1st floor for lift. Not good for senior citizens. Also out of the 2 passenger lifts, 1 was not working for nearly the entire stay. While the rooms are ok, I feel that more thought should have been given to things life location of AC and TV. The AC was located at a level below where our beds were. So could get enough of the cold air as wanted in the heat. Also TV is set up on the table. That takes away nearly 80% of the table space. But mostly it was the stairs and the lifts that troubled us the most. Also the location is such that Ola / Uber were not ready for pick-up or drop due to the crowd outside the hotel.

It was clean. The location was good. Behaviour is pretty well.

There was a shortage of staff. We need to call to the desk inorder to get a staff service. Very bad service. It takes atleast 15 minutes to get a service for a call.
