Perfect condo for a family with kids.

There was a little mix up in the beginning but once it was figured out everything was good. The place looks exactly like the pictures. It is close to all major attractions, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly as well. My only issue would be communication, I reached out the first 2 days and could not reach anyone nor did anyone ever get back to me. I would definitely stay here again and refer others as well.

Property was clean and well maintained, only issue was getting in as communication was a bit lacking but resolved fairly quickly. Close to everything, definite plus. Would stay again in the future.

Overall nice and pleasant stay. Owner quick to reply. Easy check in. Just a suggestion that maybe stock refrigerator with at least water. . Thought the place was spotless until we stripped the linens on last day and there were huge stains on two of the beds.

First floor minutes away from everything great location

I’ve stayed at several properties from this owner. Every time my band comes to the area to perform we try to make sure we reserve one of their properties. Well appointed, always spotless and in a great area!

The location was perfect for our needs. We liked how it was tucked away away from hustle and bustle but still close. The place was as advertised. The size was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. Loved our stay and would stay again.

This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach... For the price.. And location it was absolutely amazing... Close enough to the beach but far enough for the privacy. The place had enough space for 6 people to have their own room and still have a family room. The environment and pool was amazing. Everyone was friendly. Loved this condo!!!!

Check in was a little rocky but didn't take very long to get a call and correction of entry code. Property was nice and clean.

Location! Location! Location! To all attractions, beach, boardwalk, broadway!!!! This property made for a wonderful getaway for my family and I. The properties amenities were spot on and so appreciated. So clean. So safe. 5 star!!

This property was exactly what we were looking for in a convenient location to play both King's North and Grande Dunes. The check in/out process and thick curtains in the bedroom were greatly appreciated. We loved being near the green and the home was thoughtfully stocked. Thank you!

THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN. THE APARTMENT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER .

This was my first visit to Myrtle Beach with my daughter and grand kids. When we first walked in the Condo it was beautiful, clean and everything we needed was available for us. All the rooms were nicely decorated and the 1350 square foot was big enough to accommodate the whole family. Only down fall was the master bed room sheets were not clean, there was food in the bed and the sheets smelled like amoxicillin or some type of medicine. We had to wash the sheets and the mattress pad. The mattress was lopsided, I had replace the batteries for 2 of the TV remotes. And the was no vacuum to vacuum the carpet. But besides those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and defiant will come back again!!!!

Super clean! In proximity to everything. We most definitely will be booking this condo for our trip every year.

The property was very nice and well kept perfect location it was practically 10/15 minutes away from everything definitely going to make this a yearly family vacation

Property Manager is always accommodating which is why this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this location. Always a great trip bc the living quarters are great! Will be returning soon!
