Place is run down and pictures on website are totally different to hotel,but staff were awesome.

My first and second stay at Suris was wonderful breakfast . This my third stay in Suris... Limited choice 😔

The location is great as you are just a few minutes walking away from Kuta's main center. Also, the pool is nice and once inside the (open) hotel you would not think it is adjacent to a busy road. And it's cheap..

I've stayed here before (before Covid) and the place was in much better shape then. While the rooms itself were good, on first entering we could smell the unbearable disinfectant that had been sprayed so we needed to air the rooms for near to an hour to get the bad smell out. Bathrooms were OK but not nearly as clean as I remember them to be. Beds were also OK and clean enough. Staff answered when asked for items (toilet paper, extra towels) but could have been more friendly. Maybe this is all related to COVID, but I feel management needs to step up quite a bit to get this property & people to where it once was.
