酒店就在地鐵站旁非常方便，員工服務親切幫忙解決生活上的很多事，早餐種類多又好吃也有在地特色

非關飯店：有客人素質差居然在大堂吸煙，被注目才裝沒事離開，唉！都寫禁煙了

The staff at the lobby were extremely warm-hearted and helpful. I got upgraded to executive suite which was pretty pleasant. Room was spacious.

Facilities were of ages but still looked in good state.

The hotel is very nice, the room was clean, confortable and well equiped. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. I recommend this place for a stay in Xi'an.

The swimming pool is being renovated, and it was not mentioned during the booking, which is a bit disappointing since I would have enjoyed using it.

The hotel could have inform booking.com the availability of the spa and swimming pool. A bit disappointed for missing that.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Situated right next to the Metro which made getting around the city really easy. This was very handy because the city tourist attractions are accessible by metro.

The late night staff didn't speak English.

Breakfast and buffet dinners were good. Pool was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when my daughter wasn’t well

The rooms didn’t allow the temperature to be changed- apparently it’s controlled by the government , but it was uncomfortably hot

The room was spacious with great facilities and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the city wall and other convenience stores. The meals offered at the hotel restaurant were exceptionally tasty and good value for money.

The check out process was slower then we thought and it would help to have more people helping process check outs to ensure others don't miss connecting flights or trains.
