Very nice and clean room. Good value for the price. Helped with some restaurant recommendations which were very good. Nice view from the balcony.

Room was a little bit cold. We booked the big room and it has a very high ceiling so I guess its difficult to heat. A little bit difficult to find - but this is not the fault of the facility.

Check-in didn't run smoothly, but the staff were very apologetic

Breakfast was wonderful, a good selection of Western items in addition to typical Chinese fair. Location was good, close to a subway stop and in a part of town where there's lots to do. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was perfect. The kids went swimming three times. My husband and I also enjoyed the hot tubs, and I enjoyed the workout room both mornings. The staff was the most notable part of our stay. Everyone from front desk to maids was polite, friendly, and helpful. Because our original two rooms had emergency features that needed to be checked, the hotel moved us to different rooms our second night, upgrading us to a suit connected to another room. Our kids were delighted beyond belief. They thought having a living room and two bedrooms was so much fun. My husband and I didn't mind either. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The price is above what we normally spend on lodging.

It was a great stay. The room is clean and gorgeous and staff was very friendly and helpful. The general manager hand wrote me a card for my birthday with a lovely cake. My friends and I really appreciated the stay.
