Room were dismal and smelled of smoking. After requesting they changed the room and it was better.

I liked location and run down appeal and charm. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast, overall enjoyable stay.
In need of a spruce up. A little bit noisy but not too much of a problem.

Nothing. We left!
The room was filthy, it stank of stale cigarette smoke and had stained sheets and towels. The tiny window barely opened, it was almost opaque and let no light in. There was rubbish on the floor as well as someone’s old shoes and old cigarette butt. The shower was disgusting and all the walls and doors were dirty too.
We weren’t expecting the ritz, but there is no way we could stay in a place that dirty with 2 children in tow.
The hotel have ignored all our communication and still haven’t processed a refund.

Poor upkeep of facilities - doors difficult to impossible to lock, distasteful artwork in bathroom.

The family room is too small, not very clean. There are mosty Indian guests, they are very noisy.

We are not happy! We arrived for check in and they told us are room wasn’t working… and made us check in at their sister hotel. BUT made us pay the price of the original hotel when the sister hotel was much cheaper. The sister hotel has no pool either and the location was bad.

Location, good pool, always helpful staff.
I have stayed here many times, low maintenance during covid but it is returning to its previous condition.
Despite that its a great value for money hotel

it’s a bit shabby. I had a room by the swimming pool which was great, then I had a room at the front which meant light was always coming in.

Everybody was warm and accommodating. There were lots of smiles ,people we’re always prepared to help and do a little bit extra. I love the pool with the garden and trees almost going right into the pool providing shade. 🥰 lovely 😊
Both doors in the unit squealed, squeaked and scraped along the floor. The door to the apartment and the door to the bathroom. It would be very simple to remove the doors and sand or trim them back a little bit, so they would fit properly and not literally scrape against the ground or floor.

This hotel was far better than I expected especially after disappointments in that respect at other places I have stayed on this trip. The staff were very helpful. Everything worked as it should and I could easily have stayed longer

Good for a couple of nights, it’s clean but basic, central located, has all the (travel) facilities, breakfast and that all for a very good price. But certainly not a romantic place.
no mirror in the bathroom, window in frontdoor so not very dark by night.

Very very small (no space between the beds).

It has no window. It look like a dark prison cell.
trust me, you don’t want to sleep there.
(the door is transparent , you have the light of the corridor all night long).
the staff is no nice and the worst breakfast in Laos so far.

There was a large hole in the ceiling of my bathroom and the bathroom door wouldn’t close from the outside. The room door had a half-opaque window that let the hallway light in all night, very bright.
