Says pet friendly. I sent a message requesting a room for a dog, they replied confirming it was ok. Checked in around 2:00 pm and at 10:20 pm at night we are told it's not dog friendly, even though there's a picture of a dog on their site and they confirmed it was ok. Room was dirty, bed very uncomfortable and the place was loud. The place is run down. Not like the pictures. Do not recommend.

Oblige à payer en dollars sinon applique un taux de change hallucinant : une chambre à 19€ revient t’en fait à 23€ si on paye en kip. C’est inadmissible et quand on expliqelue le mec de l’accueil rigole Aucun service. Ne savent même pas expliquer correctement où on peut acheter des billets de bus . Aller voir la dame qui tient de commerce juste à gauche de la sortie : vend billets bus , train , boisson et laundry Reveil à 4h du mat par des coqs qui ont hurlé jusqu’à 9h

The room we booked was honestly fine for the price. You get what you pay for and mostly matches the photos on Booking.

However, if you don't have crisp and new US dollar bills, they will not accept your money. So if you don't have Thai Baht or Chinese Yuan either, you are left with the option of paying in Laotian Kip - at an EXORBITANT exchange rate. Our total bill was USD 120 (exchange rate around 2.6 million Kip at time of payment) but were charged nearly 3 million Kip. We have had a similar experience with imperfect USD being rejected at other hotels in Laos, but they accepted payment in Kip at a fair exchange rate. This business is blatantly scamming their guests for some extra $$ (painfully USD15 +/- in our case). We prodded the staff further about this and they politely explained that they are really unable to help with the exchange rate because the owner/manager sets their own rate each week. They also had trouble providing us the correct receipt at check out (ours had someone else's name on it), because the system was showing errors in Chinese and the owner/manager was not on-site to translate. Finally, in the confirmation I received after booking this property, it clearly says that they accept Visa as a form of payment. However, they denied this when we got there. They insisted that it is cash only. P.S. the property itself is far from being a boutique guesthouse as they claim on Booking. It is much better categorised as a hostel. P.P.S. the wiring of the lights seem to be broken as they sometimes turn off on their own or turn on in the middle of the night. We suspect they are crossed with other rooms.

Todo bien. Esta muy bien ubicado y el barrio es muy tranquilo. Con nosotros se portaron muy bien, porque les pedimos a ver si podíamos hacer un cambio en la reserva y no nos pusieron ninguna traba La habitacion .muy bien decorada y limpia, nos gusto mucho. Muy recomendable.

Location is fairly good. Did not take breakfast there.

Stayed there for three days，the room wasn't cleaned for the period even after putting up the sign.

Good location, near to the attractions, bathroom with transparent walls, a lot of space in the room, nice and comfy chairs.

Not to clean, fungi in the bathroom.
