Rooms were quite clean.

We are sincerely sad and disappointed. My Vientiane experience was absolutely ruined by staying at this place. There was no electricity and water, and we could not use toilet and shower the whole morning before we depart to the airport. The room became awfully warm and suffocating that we decided to leave the place earlier than planned. We asked the receptionist and she told us that we cannot shower and wait until the power is back (she did not speak any English and was even mocking and making fun of the face that we were feeling warm). Please avoid this place at all cost. To summarize our stay: - Impolite and unprofessional staff, no one spoke a word English. - No electricity and water between 8.30 am to check-out (noon), and staff did not even make an effort in explaining or solving this. - Location is quite far out of town (about 20/25 minutes walking distance from the night market and bars. I have never experienced this kind of rude and unpleasant service before.

There's no elevator or rooms on the ground floor so travellers with heavy luggage may want to stay elsewhere (although the staff can assist with carrying).

the bed was very big and super comfy, the shower was powerful and within its own shower screen, air con was very good, hot and cold drinking water was provided in a communal water dispenser, the location was good only 7 minutes walk from the Patuxay monument, the whole apartment was clean, and reception staff were friendly.

The only slight down side was that it was not located centrally by the night markets and majority of restaurants, but that did not bother me as I enjoyed being closer to the locals and loved being close to Lao’s version of the French Victory arch!

Good value, good amenities and helpful staff

Overall very happy with the hotel. Stayed only one night to wait for my plane the next day so can't say much more than that. I really appreciated them not using plastic bottles but providing an environmentally friendly alternative.

Everything was great, the room was very clean, the shower was one of the few good showers we've had with good pressure and hot water! The location is a bit far from town (25-30min walk) but it's not a big deal depending on your preference. The price was really good and they have free water dispensers on every floor. Highly recommend

The room is spacious and clean. Not too far from the center. Staff was nice and helpful. Good stay for a couple of nights in Vientiane.

After the check out they couldn't call a taxi so we had to walk with our luggage until we found a tuktuk, quite far away. Quite noisy at night due to a main road next to the hotel.

it was centrally located and very close to Patuxai monument. Walking distance is hardly 5 mins. They have a hospitable staff who took care of everything for us. They helped to get the scooter rented from Kong’s Motorbike Rental. Mr. King Kong is a wonderful man who will help you get best deals in scooter 🛵

We were earlier told that airport pickup is not possible, but the property does offer airport pickup and drop off. Maybe it was due to miscommunication. There was nothing to hate and everyone were nice and hospitable.

Very kind stuff, room looked good. Good amount of different TV channels in English, Air Conditioner is working good. Beautiful Patuxay square nearby. Also, you can buy different beverages on the first floor of the hotel, plus you can buy some food there too, for affordable prices, like in grocery store. Coolers with hot and cold water on every floor.

Toilet is wobbly. Some little defects like old tile in some places, almost everything was good.
