Best hotel stay ever. They gave me chocolate cake when i arrived and the night before check out a complimentary fruit platter.
Excellent for safety for a female traveller.
Complimentary valet parking was a great for guests.
All the staff from door man, reception, cleaning staff all extremely friendly and helpful.

The property is good but absolutely not at all value for money compared to the properties found on the same rates are offering much more .No complains on the ground staff they were exceptionally sweet and helpful.Not to happy with the higher management .
We checked In late , We were given a smoking room ,I understand it can smell of smoke but it’s way too too much on the smelling ( really need to fix your ventilation system).
As soon as we entered the room we asked for a room change immediately to transfer us to a non smoking floor ,this whole changing of our room took around 45minutes after the 1st call made to the front desk ,in between the whole 45 mins we had called 3 time in every 15 mins gaps and a reply that we got is we are “busy so it will take time”, once we made the 2nd call .that too after we have been waiting for the past 15 20 mins already.
SERIOUSLY ? I am almost paying 8k a night to hear this reply ? Don’t take booking if your whole team is allocated to a wedding or any other bulk booking , doesn’t make our money value less .I also remember the persons name who had the audacity to reply me this after me waiting for straight 15 20 mins I am not taking the name since the whole team needs to work on it .
Please upgrade your rooms “Smart Tv “ is a basic of luxury hotels these days .

Kind and helpful staff
Rooms were not very clean and hygienic. Food quality needs a lot of improvement.

Room was connected to another room with a door in between locked. Noise from other room were heard and it disturbed our sleep in night.

Restaurant Managers Sandeep Panwar, Amit Kumar Singh were very helpful and enquired each visit to the Restaurant area on food quality , as well as advised on the choices offered. Job - simply very well Done...Keep It Up
Lots of Appreciation for Suresh Bohra , Nitesh Singh, Chef Negi , Arnab, Lakshmikant , Morino for continuous help at Breakfast times and visits to Restaurants and Cafe Shop area, they made our stay very memorable. Great work done by this Team.
Special Appreciation for Prateek for his Pancakes, Waffles Cuisine....He did a Fantastic Job...Keep it Up Prateek.
The Housekeeping Team of Pramod and Krishna truly deserves a mention as well...Good job by both, especially Pramod.

На последнем этаже великолепная терраса с бассейном и баром и невероятным видом на город
У нас был неудачный опыт бронирования в другом отеле в Гургаоне, приехали в Hilton без предварительной брони и оформляли все на месте, сотрудники отеля со всем помогли и даже заселили чуть раньше положенного времени

The dining staff were excellent even under stressful conditions. Especially Mita who was so helpful.
The housekeepers Gaurav and Rupesh were also excellent. They went out of their way when we needed anything.
Also Poonam at the elevators was so pleasant and helpful.
On checking in the staff member didn't make us feel very welcome. The scrutiny and questioning of our passports was similar to airport security. We understand the need for this information but not the way it was handled.
Also, on the Sunday morning breakfast was a shambles. It was very busy but no contingency in place to cope. It was every person for themselves. The staff did very well under the circumstances.

Service at the hotel is excellent, the glass house restaurant is par excellent. Food is great and service secure more than 100%.
Mita - the hostess at the glass house is polite, and ever smiling. Good work Mita and keep going.
Gautam - very good host and takes care of guests with smiles and requirements.
Rahul, Samir, Rohit, Laxmikant and rest of the boys are great and ready to serve all the time.

Good breakfast. but 8 pounds can get better breakfast.
Reached at 5 am. Requested for early check in . Had to wait in the lobby for 5 hours. Got 1 hour early check in at 50 percent more cost of the room. So yeah, A great stay indeed!!

while booking mistakenly booked the plan wihtut breakfast, at the time of check-in requested them to change it and it was refused
Absolutely rude staff. Got back after at 11:30 PM after a long day conference. The elevator uses a the keycard allowing you access to your floor. The card was not reading and the elevator refused to open even after pressing the open button. After raising alarm the door was open after several minutes
