Nothing it was a budget hotel.

although the room is basic .. it met all the objectives ... it was clean and very tidy. The best part of then hotel is the staff. Very friendly and always there willing to help. Staff were very easy to chat with and always with a smile. The staff made the stay very easy and agreeable and very comfortable. Excellent staff.

the heating system is generalised for the hotel which means that we could not regulate the thermostat individually the room .. it was have the thermostat turned ON or turned OFF !! sometimes the rooms due to size are very HOT .. and you need to open the windows. !!

I couldn't switch the light behind my bed off. Accessibility to the hotel, as a pedestrian, was confusing.

Room was ok . Didn't sleep well as only had one flat pillow. There was a lot of banging from the room above

rooms were the most basic, toilet was the smallest ever

size of toilets and only one pillow each

The colour scheme could be a bit warmer devour too clinical for me

this is a clean comfortable budget hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff

lack of iron facilities (as many of us were here for a family funeral) in the room. access to the ironing room was provided so this was more an inconvenience than a dislike.

Very basic but clean accommodation, is exactly what it says a budget hotel.

Arrived and was met by friendly staff member. The premises were very clean and tidy. The room was lovely, clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was very quiet and you could not hear the M4. Usual hotel facilities and free coffee in the kitchen/dining area. Would certainly go there again. The grounds outside were excellent and plenty of parking.
