Teresa is a great host with a big heart and you can feel and see she runs the place with passion! Value for money is great here and the breakfast view is stunning!

The mattress of the bed is really hard - maybe we’re just not used to it or too light. ;)

This is the best place we were staying in Madeira! very beautiful house, even more beautiful than in the photos. The room is very clean, bed and towels smells so fresh. The breakfast is good. Its a great place to visit !

location. view. the swimming pool is definitely an extra value on a hot summer day (it looked nice but too cold and wet to use)

no fresh orange juice. basic bathroom (door did not close properly). acoustics between rooms was quite poor.

Sparkling clean. Host Teresa is very welcoming. Excellent breakfasts, cereal, fruit, yogurts, ham, cheese, nice bread or toast, eggs cooked for you. Ideal location for exploring north Madeira. Very cosy in the winter. Lovely views of the sea from the breakfast terrace. Nice pool area for the summer. There is a boot washing tap and stone sink with a brush for your walking boots. You need a car but there is a lovely levada walk which can be done from the house if you are waiting for your hire car to be delivered.

Our room was in the eaves of the house so not very easy if you are tall. Maybe just message Teresa if you are tall so you get another room!

Absolutely everything! A most beautiful place to stay. Great sea view and pool. Clean and warm room. They even put heating on in the whole house and room to take slight chill off. no one does that, this lady cares about her guests and takes such pride in everything in her place. it shows in her attitude too. The whole place was so cosy warm to wake up in. I could not fault anything. Hot water, great breakfast. Lovely shared reception room and cosy shared lounge. We used it every day. It felt so nice to stay there. There were many nice features in the rooms. Quality fittings and ornaments and Little extra loving touches. Teresa is an absolutely fabulous person. She treats guests like family. She is very warm and such a kind person. She came to chat with us often and when we were in the lounge she bought us cakes and buscuits of her own. She treated us like family. She was so welcoming to everyone. All the guests were happy. She would cook an evening meal for people. It always smelt delicious. It was a wonderful experience to stay here. Nothing but praise for the high standard and the care that Teresa gives to her guests. She is always looking after you. Thank you so much! We would love to stay with you again one day. Her staff were lovely too.

Everything was the best. We have stayed at a lot of booking.Com accommodations. In my opinion, this is about the best B and B🙏😊🌹 the whole environment was good. Lots of places to sit outside too. All the guests seemed happy.. That's is how it is for everyone when you feel loved and cared for. People like this deserve our praise and a big thank you for having us. 🙏

Great location and property, waking up overlooking the ocean is a relaxing sensation. On top of that the owner Teresa was such a great host, giving us tips, taking care of us just like if we were home. Highly recommend.

Lack some parking spots but it's the norm in Madeira with limited land space.

Host was very friendly and welcoming. She even drove us to a restaurant when our rental car did not show up. She's amazing! The location is also nice and quiet but you need to have a car to get around.coffee at check in.

Bed was very hard and rooms were not that sound proof. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Parking is on side of road and limited.

Everything. The location was a little bit outside of the city which meant perfect calm enviroment and the owner was the most kind host we could have wished for.

The room had an amazing view, it was very well equiped with a tiny kitchen that sufficed all our needs. The beds were very comfortable and ms Teresa was a lovely host who helped my boyfriend with his special request for the most amazing proposal. <3 thank you.

The whole property was really nice. The bedroom and the bathroom were super clean. The breakfast was also very good. There was a litte bit of everything: cheese, ham, eggs, fruit, vegetables, yogurt, cereal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay - it’s very good value for money and I would definitely recommend.

The owners were very nice and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were delucious. Nice pool, good view from the room.
