Las almohadas no tan confortables

Ambiente agradable, personal muy amable, desayuno bueno … distancia caminable hasta la costanera .

Muy mala aislación acústica entre las habitaciones..!

Communication with the staff a little difficult because they don't speak English but we practiced our Spanish.

The hotel room had not been cleaned and we slept on 3 roller beds. Not what i thought we were getting when i booked it.

The staff member entered our room at 2:30 am with a drunk looking for his room. The manager the next day did not deal with us kindly and we left early due to this issue.Even the toilet didn’t work, but all other concerned trumped this.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably good location although the walk was about 20 minutes.

Clean, comfortable room (though small). Friendly staff though only one spoke English. Luckily I speak a little Spanish.

Hotel not able to accept our currency card in debit mode . We wasted changing money into US dollars and had to use an English credit card so lost money. We are surprised because even small local shops take 'tarjeta debito ". We are European so quoting in American dollars is useless for us.

wi-fi is strong and reliable; breakfast (very mediocre) is included. Breakfast lady was very kind. External look of the property is pretty nice. Walking distance to cathedral and city center

We were a group of 3 friends and they offered a room with 3 twin beds, which was perfect. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was very good. We slept with the window open in February and noticed lots of dogs barking, but no other noises. Would have liked to stay another day in Puerto Varas.

We wanted to watch something on Netflix, but night manager didn’t know how to set up. Would have been nice to have some instructions.

Limited value for money. They control the breakfast buffet, by someone serving the food to you, very annoying. The choice of savoury food is very limited. The hotel is quite a walk from the city centre
