Camas confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã satisfatório. Vale ressaltar a vista para o lago, tanto no quarto quanto no café da manhã, belisssima!

El personal muy amable, estaba limpio y era cómodo. El desayuno genial con preciosas vistas. El parking muy accesible, se puede dejar allí el coche y caminar a cualquier sitio (por el día, por la noche la zona está poco iluminada)

As funcionárias foram maravilhosas, super simpáticas e atenciosas, saí antes do horário de café da manhã e a Sílvia deixou todo o buffet montado mais cedo só para minha mãe e eu. Não tem elevador, mas tem elevador para subir suas malas. O quarto é espaçoso, com calefação, cama e roupas de cama confortáveis, prateleiras, armário e locais para organizar suas coisas e colocar sua mala. Ótima limpeza do quarto e do banheiro. O hotel é lindo, com uma vista maravilhosa, a área de lazer com piscina e ofurô, este que não tive tempo de usar e a piscina abre só no verão. A localização não é a melhor, fica a cerca de 15 minutos caminhando até o centrinho e na volta você vai ter que enfrentar a ladeira para subir, mas nada que seja inviável.

O box é muito pequeno, principalmente por causa do tipo de chuveiro que tem e também senti falta de um suporte dentro do box para colocar as coisas (xampu, condicionador, sabonete).

Building interior mostly made of wood is very nice. Very good breakfast selection included and friendly staff. Competitive prices.

Beds too soft and not comfortable. Shower, bathroom and towel cleanliness could be improved (found multiple hair on freshly “washed” towels).

Everything was clean, breakfast excellent, rooms very confortable, private bathrooms very clean and the personnel was very professional, daily towels. We definitely be back to this Hotel with no hesitation. Has private parking.quiet area where you can rest and sleep with no interruptions. And be at the centre of town within five to ten minutes max driving. We recommend this fantastic hotel.

A bit out of the city centre (10-15 min walk)

Even if you don't have a car, it is worth the view of the volcanos, lake, and city. The staff was nice, especially Doña Silvia, who was very kind.

The coffee is not the best, and the breakfast could have more options of fruits.

Location is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room needs to have air circulation. Our room does not have any. No openable windows. The air exhaust in the bathroom is very noisy and cannot be left on in the night. We were a bit afraid of getting asphyxiated as no air opening is available (only a door to outside verranda which we could not leave open in the night). The hotel needs to address this issue seriously. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely light spacious room with a great view over the city and the lake. Good breakfast buffet, plus offer of scrambled eggs. Location slightly out of town but fairly easy 15 minute walk. There was also a fridge in the room, which would be useful for longer stays. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wifi not good in the room. When we did get on it was very slow

It was noisy as we had to have our window open > The room was very warm. There were people talking in the parking lot quite late.
