The Sofa in the room was very old

The location is very good.

The hotel did double charge to my credit card. When we called to the hotel, nobody took a response for it. We had to drive back to the hotel to explain and it took long time. The hotel staff should know that we already paid and they should not double charge to our credit card. When they did a mistake, they should correct it immediately.

I did not like anything. Your hotel spoiled my vacation.

My booking/payment was for 2 king size bed rooms but you provided 1 kingsize bed room and other twin bed room due to which l felt lot of uncomfort. After repeadetly calling for service at reception nobody arrived. Lastly while check out at reception they intentionally not provided me feedback form. I insisted them that i want to fill it then only it was provided to me. It was really a bad experience to stay in your hotel. I wont recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel where nothing is good.

The restaurant 'Roadhouse grill' is excellent. The staff here are very good too. I loved the band which was singing here.

The reception was unfriendly. I was made to feel unwelcome since I had booked on booking.com and not directly. They charged me extra for early check-in, despite me messaging earlier... They could have replied to the message and given the tariff for early check-in. This made me feel that they did it deliberately only to charge extra for stranded guest. I was not given option to store luggage before check in time. The staff at reception didn't bother to tell me about the wifi or where breakfast would be served. Or about the tea service during the day. The room was noisy- it's right next to a busy flyover, a lot of noise comes in . Also the doors are not soundproof - someone knocking on next door feels like they are knocking on yours. Get your earplugs! While there is a concierge, upon making enquiries about local market, I was told that she would not know anything since she has just joined the place. The curtains in the room were broken, I had to put a safety pin to keep them closed.

only about the room Ac was not under control.. even put on 24 its still make room cooler like 18 .. so i changed the room but same problem with AC .

The corridors, especially the lift area, could smell pleasant. Missed the Ambient Music and Lighting, too, in the corridors.

Infrastructure was good however did not feel welcome at all. I had better experiences at other Holiday Inn properties.

The approach of the staff, they were like robots doing their work and expectations had been better. Even the issues highlighted were not addressed.

The location is excellent for someone visiting for work The staff is very efficient, quick check Ins and Check Outs The break fast is very good, and also very efficient service

Inspite of a complaint , they could not fix the air-conditioning in the room, the room was freezing cold, stayed at 18 deg and refused to switch off, however on the check out they offered an apology and a 25% discount on the room rates.
