So close to everything
I could hear every step made. Neighbours slamming doors etc maybe change the blinds to full curtains.

I loved how close to everything this place was. It was literally a 5 minute walk to the restaurant belt in Tauranga city.
The room was really clean and we had every thing we needed. The bath was a lovely addition.
The room was a bit on the small size, but very realistic for the price and more than suitable for a one night stay. As a couple we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a cozy night sleep.

Close to town, bus stops, bars / Restaurants
Didn't like that I couldn't keep my door or windows open due to people smoking out on the deck and it blowing into my room.

Price was high for the accommodation but there was limited accommodation where we needed to stay

Clearly used for emergency housing. There were a number of very nasty arguments happening in the unit above me, doors slamming, cars coming and going all night long, people yelling abuse in the car park.

The big family room upstairs of the reception was the best. It accommodated for 6 adults and my 2 daughters. TV provided in each room. Bathroom facilities was awesome. Wished we could stay longer but circumstances changed. The owners were very understanding when things changed. Room upstairs on top of reception is perfect for big families.
WIFI was slow and didn't connect at all. Parking allocations was tight.
