Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett (war mein 2.Aufenthalt) Als allein reisende Frau ein angenehmes Hotel. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Geschäfte innerhalb weniger Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants. Das WLan ist stabil und funktioniert gut. Das Einzelzimmer war sauber, das Bad auch. Das Einzelzimmer selbst war relativ klein, aber hatte alles was man braucht (Schrank, Tisch, WLan,Klimaanlage/Heizung, TV, Safe, Fön). Das Hotel hat auch einen Aufzug.
Das Früstück als Buffet war lecker und abwechslungsreich (Herzhaftes & Süßes, Joghurt, Früchte, Eier, Müsli, Gebäck/Croissants & Kuchen, versch. Kaffeearten).
Ich würde es für eine Geschäftsreise jederzeit wieder buchen.
Jede Nacht hörte man das Schleudern einer Waschmaschine zwischen 4-5 Uhr morgens.
Der Eingangsbereich könnte etwas moderner & ansprechender gestaltet sein.

I really enjoyed how the location of the hotel. It was about a 7 minute walk to the train station, with easy access to Florence via 20 minute train. The city of Prato offers an escape from the busy city of Florence. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very kind.
I have no complaints. The hotel was very nice, good location, and the staff were very kind.

simple and clean hotel . Though it’s not in Florence itself but train station from the hotel was easy excess (10mins walk Prato station . Hotel surrounding very safe with local people . There are also Halal shop just 3 mins walk ( Chicken Taste the shop name ) which is cheap and good . Hotel staff very friendly . Breakfast was consider good with the price we paid . €5 per person . Thank u San Marco .

Prato is not considered a tourist location especially when surrounded by the hot tourist locations of Florence, Lucca, Pisa etc. so finding a hotel as good as the San Marco in this somewhat 'out of the way' location was both a pleasant surprise and a bonus. The hotel is in a good location and easily accessible by public bus from the railway station. The rooms are excellent, very big, with good desk space and storage (wardrobes, drawers etc). The bathroom was very spacious with a good sized walk in shower and good sized basin. The room had a good AC unit which was very sufficient. Although there is no restaurant for evening meals the breakfast was excellent. Good quality fresh food. Overall the Hotel San Marco is a very good hotel and if you factor in the price it is a great hotel.

A pearl of a place on the edge of trendy Prato with its boutiques and yummy eateries. Handy to the train into central Florence.
A simple minimalist room which is fine if your commuting. Comfy bed and pillow. Quiet. Has a lift !
Spotless, great AC and such wonderful staff.
