Ligging van het hotel, niet ver van het centrum.

Ontvangst was niet hartelijk; kamer was klein en niet proper; na opmerkingen ging de kamer terug gekuist worden doch bleek niet gebeurd. De dame dan aan de receptie heeft ons goed geholpen met een nieuwe, grotere en propere kamer. Restaurant totaal ongezellig. Ontbijt matig doch ok 1ste dag, 2de dag amper borden, tassen en glazen en niet aangevuld buffet met oudbakken croissants; niet afgeruimde tafels; amper personeel te bemerken (besparingen). Bij het uitchecken zelfde dame als bij ontvangst en we werden amper bekeken.

Odór z kanalizacji roznosił się w całym pokoju . Odpływ z prysznica zapchany. Deszczownica leje we wszystkie strony. Uchwyt na papier zamontowany tak że nie można wygodnie usiąść na toaletce .

Vicino alla stazione. Staff disponibile e gentile.

La struttura è completamente da ristrutturare, ho avuto problemi a dormire a causa dell'ascensore vicino la camera. Decisamente non un 4 stelle.

First of all the staff: they did not even bother to say hello or bye or bongiorno…anything. When i checked in the lady at the reception told me to pay 5 euro for the parking, because their 5 spot parking lot was full. I paid, and in the next morning surprise: fine on the windscreen. I took it to the “lady” and her reaction was: Oh you have to pay it, because i forgot to tell you that every monday the cleaning crew of the city needs the place to be free. So i paid 35 euro. When i asked to talk with the manager, the response was: he s not here. The room was disgusting: very small, dirty, full of mosquitos and it smelled like very old. The breakfast was the worst of my life, and i come from Romania: cold omlette, just a few dishes and the prosciuto tasted wierd.
